Players skills would be weighted accordingly, would be Scottish players aged 21 and under only.

And also IF there is an interest should it be in the Association form only?

I don't know what that is? I do not use association, so I do prefer to keep it here. I am ok with sharing my U21 players skills here. That's not a problem
