Verstehe ich nicht.

Leider weiß ich auchned so recht wem ich meine Stimme geben soll es sind wirklich wenig Kandidaten da...und die Story hier zwischen pbi3 und dziduk klingt irrgendwie sehr merkwürdig. Beide scheinen sich ja nicht sehr zu mögen , der eine prahlt von seinen Erfolgen und macht den anderen richtig runter und klein und der andere ist Glücklich mit seinen Fehlern und Schwächen aber lebt trotzdem seinen Traum weiter.

Ich kenne Tsolias schon sehr lange und denke das ihm diese Ansprache der Vermutung über pbi3 hier ganz bestimmt nicht leicht gefallen ist. Normalerweise sagt er nur Positive dinge und behauptet keine lose Unwahrheiten .

Ich selbst habe beide Polen kennengelernt also würd ich meinen.

Die Russen gehören aber derzeit auch zu einem kleinen aufstrebenden sokker Land. Jeder nochso kleine Spieler ist Gold wert denk ich . Wer kauft sich denn einen Spieler nur aus versehen ? Sowas höre ich zum ersten mal, vorallem wenn man vorher sagt man trainiert ihn und andere hoffen darauf das er aufgebaut wird.

Ich selbst trainiere derzeit auch ein solchen Spieler der mir von foutinho vorgeschlagen wurde eben weil er Potenzial hat.

Der Fairness halber hättest Du uns jetzt aber mal übersetzen müssen was der dziuka oder so sagt zu ihm. Denn wenn das stimmt was pbi23 sagt dann gibt es durchaus Grund so zu reagieren.

Well as a matter of fact my Russian has gotten a bit rusty(understatement). So reading the Russian forum won't make much sense. But still tsolias should also have translated the part which was writen bei that other chap.

And some piece of advice if you German isn't that great, which seems to be the case rather stick to english. I think many missunderstand what you are trying to say. There is quite a number of poor vocabulary choice which seems more related to a language barrier rather than deliberate choice. The former leaves some readers with the impression you mean certain things in a much more negative way, than it might be the case.

In any case I do not know you , neither does tsolias for real I guess. Even if tsolias knows you it is still up to me to make my own choice based on what I know. I am prepared to give you the benefit of the doubt. I certainly would also be prepared to give the other German applicants my vote, but one hasn't handed in a letter of application yet and the other one had his turn in the past and I rather let someone new give it a shot.

Tsolias did wrong, but everyone has their own mind. If he knew the Polish forum he would never have written it, but his mistake his problem. I wish him all the best in u21

Und noch eine Sache tsolias. Erinnere Dich mal an einen schweizer Kandidaten wie der auf Kritik reagiert hatte, die threads kannst Dir dazu auch anschauen. Und wir hatten in der Vergangenheit mehr solche Charaktere und eines war ihnen allen gleich, mit Kritik konnten die nicht umgehen und dann kam Agression. Ehrlich gesagt paßt sein Verhalten nicht zu dem was Du schreibst, außer er hat sich hier extrem unter Kontrolle, aber auch das ist solchen Typen nicht eigen, die können auch nicht aus ihrer Haut.

In jedem Fall würde ich eine neutrale Erzählung erwarten und da gehört eben dazu auch den Inhalt der Nachricht von dem anderen Manager zu kennen, sonst entsteht bei mir der Eindruck eines bias.

Erinnere Dich mal an einen schweizer Kandidaten wie der auf Kritik reagiert hatte, die threads kannst Dir dazu auch anschauen.

Lass mich aus dem Spiel! Kann sehr gut mit fundierter Kritik umgehen, aber der Grossteil ist aus dem Finger gesaugt! Das brauche ich nicht. Bin sehr friedliebend, aber unterstellen lasse ich mir nichts von Leuten die mich nicht kennen und da auch nur als joke!
