If it weren't you would simply phrase it differently so that it would come across as constructive criticism. I would like to manage the national team of Germany in the following methods:

1. Tactical diversity

it is obvious that sokker is an algortic. This is not real football. Here you need to adjust the tactics of a specific opponent. In the first part of this season I tested a lot of tactical settings, I beat several major champions from other countries (playing only in Poland's 4th league). Prefer two tactics per match, the other is triggered by a conditional command (when the match is unfavorable)

The choice of tactics is to analyze several opponent's meetings and adjust your own settings to take advantage of the opponent's weaknesses.
Also, you can never suggest without watching the match, because very often coaches change their tactics in 85 minutes to confuse the opponent.

2. planned results

The main goal is promotion to the World Cup. The group is very easy, in addition we have more opponents, a fuller schedule, and one additional team is Sokker's weakest teams. This gives me an extra two wins with less risk of injury, I would play team B.
Assuming a minimum of 13-14 winnings with this schedule is obvious.
Ultimately, the premise is a good performance at the World Cup. Germans are a very large country in the number of users and have the potential for regular 80+ notes. Such a team must fight for the highest places. The minimum on the World Cup is the quarterfinals. I am obviously going to fight for a medal.
NT is not fun, NT is prestige and honor. you should not only treat it as fun, but as building a rank. I care not only about German success, but also about my Sokker's personal CV. If both sides want success, it is more likely. Symbiosis.

3. Analysis

I will make an analysis after each match. I will show my mistakes and advantages. I will describe the tactical assumptions made and conclusions. Each element will be clear to German citizens. Comparison of tactics of both teams, comparison of statistics. discussion with experienced trainers is also recommended.

4. Additional elements

I plan to organize 2-4 NT competitions. for example, guessing the results. The prizes of such competitions will be different. usually in such lotteries the prize is a few minutes in a friendly match for a selected team player from the winning coach. Premium account packages are another option. It is worth livening up the forum and, at the same time, getting profits for yourself and the community.

5. Experience

I described my experience in the first post.
I was a trainer in the Philippines, everyone can assess my results by myself. I managed to make the longest series of wins in the history of the country (7) - during this series I beat Germany, Peru and Greece.
My direct rival also coached the Philippines, I don't judge him because he probably didn't have time to play. The schedule is generally available so it can be verified.
I have never led TOP personnel, that's why I am running for it. My opponent was leading, so you also have it on your schedule.
For my part, I offer professionalism and I will also accept harsh criticisms - because as you already know I am not a fan of 'patting my back' when it is bad. When it's bad, it expects you to criticize and motivate you to work. Nice words after defeats do not interest me, I expect factors motivating me to work more and improve results.
