I have some questions:

- what you do? if the opponent team change tactics very much, if he don't play every time the same tactics. How you adjust (adapt) the tactic ? make own benefit stronger, and use the weakness of the opponent team? if the opponent team never play the same tactic.

- why you do not candidate for Polska National Team?
it seem that you are a good trainer. What happen?

I always have two tactics, two templates. Using conditional commands, you can set the computer to notice after 15 minutes that tactics are unfavorable and change it to another. Tactics need to be prepared by analyzing the opponent. No good coach plays a single tactic all season, you have to analyze the rival changes from each match.

Why doesn't he start in Poland? We have the best team in Sokker, the trainer should be the best and I am not the best in my country, there are many better. The current Polish coach is one of the best in Sokker, he was unlucky with Romania, but I believe that he will be in the final at the next World Cup. I also believe that he will win and support him (unless I am a German coach, then I believe that I will win): P

I am very sorry to say that but in this Germany election maybe you have no chance at moment for a win.
Only if you say big sorry to Tsolias , dziduk and others you had always attack so hard in her good work
Are peacefull and be an fair sportsmen don´t kill fun of them or others
The People don´t like your aggression thats why you loose big population at some countrys

If there is all cleared we no have problem with it and we give you maybe next time a bigger chance for German NT

There are many good trainers in Poland.
Many are successful internationally.
I don't think I'm average, I am currently 15th in the country in the ranking of Polish teams. I beat many champions from other countries in arkade matches. My juniors have minimally lost the fight for the Premier League - and only tactics count there.

Are you talking about my opinion? sorry, I will never say that someone who has poor results does a good job. Good work = good results. But if someone makes progress, he obviously has my respect. I am always honest and I want this from others. I appreciate good results, even if I don't like someone. Professionalism says so.

You say you are good worker , you like Results and successes but why you didn´t are at Polska League No1 ?

I can´t see any of it in your historys club results

To Dziduk you say win 20:0 not 13:0 but why ? Win is win not important how big it is :P

On International you did some nice Results of course but there was bad Results too or ?
(The half saison of Phillipinas Saison was lost the other win)
For example you did only 2:2 vs Panama but first you win 5:1 why not both matches?
and why you lost that big vs Polska 1:9 there was not much different in strengh only small

If i see first saisons of Pilipinas . You take only easy opponents at all and mostly win good
If i see second saison of Pilipinas . You take hard opponents and easy too but i think there was luck involved vs hard opponent but very big looses sometimes too
Just the half at all was win at complete saison.

What if anyone say for example Germany vs Nigeria you win only 2:1 (had a badly day), Rating is 77,3 vs 64,7 and anyone say you have just to win 5:0 easy? How you feel after you think you did good work but not him ?

As I wrote (I think you read) Philippines it was a good science for me, then I really understood what tactics and commands are, as evidenced by progress during two seasons.
The Philippines is a country that doesn't have many players. On defense I had to appoint a midfielder because there were shortcomings. I had 8-9 players at a good level. no reserve, they were solid but not classy.

In the first term I didn't know I'd win. When I won, there were no more opponents. the trainers already had agreed schedules. It is also learning for the future if it is a sparring season.

Maybe you want to play arcade several times? in the upcoming season?

I know the Pilipinas team very cause i was coach from 16.12.2017- 31.03.2018 there too after that i went to germany NT.

I agree that Pilipinas had just a couple strong players and not many at reserve but with big potenzial for future they many was possible.

I no wanna play Arcade but maybe after cup we can do friendly or we meet us sometime at future NT :D

Why you not go to other country NT and gain more expirence , more better ? :D

why am I not participating in another team? because already at the beginning of the previous season I chose Germany. Tsolias knew that. I think I told him unnecessarily, but he pretended to be a friend and I trusted him, my mistake.
