I am a Colombian U21 scout and will fight to improve our ranking!! and to continue the development of U21 players,

First match against UAE... we loss 5-0...

I have no information on some of our the players. so I decided on who played, based on form, stamina and projection for next seasons... I think that there are 2-5 players that we can boost to be ready for the NT in 3 seasons

Thus, Mbele, Mohamed, Schumana , Schiller, and Rabutla make their debut in the absolute team...

In numbers

we have half the possesion and the ball was 56% on our field, a little better than previous matches...
our rating 60.5 vs 70.8 for UAE...

I will adjust some players for future matches Skosana, will play and Ngalo will alternate between MID-DEF and DEF next match is against Israel, which rating is 15 points higher than us.

Ball possesion was almost equal and play in our field was 56%..

as Bertin improve his form he recovered his spot for this match, and Jethro, Cesar are also improving his form, we hope this streak continue and we can count on them for next matches...

Next week we will play against Dominican Republic another team with a 70+ performance, thinking in our next qualification match

Today we had a strong defense and were able to stop some dangerous options, but we did not push out our opponent who managed to create a lot of options.. some corrections are necessary.

I give rest on purpose to Bertin and Martin who could play, and we also had our 3 top players above 27 rooting from their homes. Then, we gave some minutes to the younglings., the future of our squad.. and some players not used so far during this season.

Next week our path continues and we face Scotland another 70+ team...
we will do our best in the whiteboard and wish luck to our players in their training and weekly matches.

Thank you for your support, we will continue focusing on our defense and help in the training of our younglings Rudolph, Althon, Thato, Ernest, Joel, Andre, Rob, and Bunene . I also contacted the coaches of our top 3 U21 players (Chansa, Chikoya, and Kalaka) to let them know that we will be watching them closely and the next season they will join the senior team, they also know what skills their players need to be reach our team!!!

The path just begins, this season is the rock on which we will build next seasons

Today another great match of our team!!! we tie against Sctoland with a 9 point lower performance... Match here.
Our ball posession was 48% and play in our field 60%... it happens as they marked very well Gabriel and Marko, reducing our options ahead. However, our defense improved significantly I like they work together. but finding Francis in good form was refreshing for the team... Losing Wayne for a three week injury was a very bad new, but Joel and Andre are progressing a lot... still the tactic need adjustments to avoid so many centers...

We wish the best luck and trainig to our players this week, so they will improve skills and have a nice form. I will start with fresh eyes to work on Belgium for next week's match... The whiteboard is clean again and our performance next match must be better!!!

Our second lost in the season... Belgium was a hard rival final score 4-1 Match here our performance was 20 points lower... and some big differences were notorius on the field, However I´m really proud of our players as they give their best and we managed to be only 2-1 up to minute 78... some corrections can be made so final score is tighter. our ball possesion was 48% and play in our field 59% (I know a lot...), but still we have a 50% efficiency while Belgium´s efficiency was about 25%...

Next week the road continues as we play against Srbija the best ranked of our rivals... Best luck to our players, so they train and improve for next match!!!

Today we reach our third point in the qualification, we tie against Srbija Match here with a performance 20 points lower!!!

Our possesion and play in our field (43% and 73%) were the worst during the season. However we managed to get a nice result, despite the injuries of Cesar and Jeffrey... some points to improve for the second half of the qualifying games.

Next week we play against Al Maghrib another team with a high performance, with our mind set in the next qualifying games, analyzing our future with caution... so we can advance in ranquin points!!!! We wish the best to our players in their training and matches...

Thanks for your support, we are adjusting our game and we managed to reach 5th position in the qualification to the world cup, Next season we will have Kalaka as our second striker, giving us greater flexibility in tactis!!

This week we lose 1-0 against Al Magrib, it was a preparation match and I decided to give few minutes to Cesar, and to give rest to Jeffrey and Martin so they will focused on the match against Srbija. Also, we put Alton and Dominic who are lowering their form in an attempt to help them... and we have back Rudolph and Wayne after 4 matches out of the main team. Match here

In general, it was a good math for the defense, however, our attack was not effective... the tactic was new, so I will adjust some movements, to polish it. It is a real Shame Andre`s Injury... I was counting on him 18 days out... it's too much.. Our rival push us to our field.. more than I desired, but it is ok, I think in the second part of the qualification matches things will be like that...

Best luck to our players during the week, so they are inspired against Srbija, I want to be more offensive without conceding advantages in our defense... hopefully our team will be complete, and our youngsters will increase their skills this week!!!!

Serbia was a bit strong for us

Sure thing, they score over 20 points more… but I think it is not a bad result… and shows that our defense has improved a lot

last season we lost 11-0 against that kind of teams… and after losing with Serbia we only lose 4 ranking points…
I hope that we can get more points in the coming matches…
