Hello!! Just watched the game

The performance was close for both teams, so you can play a tactic well balanced in def and attack

Imho your wing did not help much, and the central mid defender can stay closer to defense to help close some actions,

When Playing against 5 defenders you can manage the midfield, …..

Qwa qwa and Chris were not in my favorite players, so I was not used to see what they bring to the team

Good thing to explore those options

The only thing I can add is that is felt as though the defensive line was too deep, especially on transition ball on their own half. Our defenders ran towards our own goal line and not at the player who had the ball. The free kick they earned for their 3rd goal is good example of what I am talking about. I understand that it is relevant to the tactics of the other team as well, but just thought I'd point it out. Good work and good luck!
