i'll have an eye on müller, tomorrow i will put another gk on the list, i am training another one parallel

muller have actually the extras he put on the notes, he send me graphs, so... he should pop tech next week and pace in 2-3! but if he have +3 and 4gt in tech and he didn´t allready pop... his talent is not that good:(

there are many junior players on the DB's waiting list that don't meet our requirements anymore and i am afraid there will be even less in future. we are running in danger that the team runs out of players then.
should we adapt the minimum requirements, what does the community think about that?

i don´t think is about minimuns requirements, i think is about how many YS are open generating the chance to get good prospects, from what i see there are still very nice youngs to pull and to train, maybe we are a little bit unlucky these days, but we need to trust that the good pulls are gonna come, i think the important thing is to keep having the best coach posible in YS and removing the trash of it! there a lot of things that we can do to make this NT a really competitive one if we start to train 2/3 good/normal prospects.
are you guys interested on making a plan and to start to do it all together? i have a lot of thoughts in my mind :) but i need your support!

there are 3 interesting players on tl... 2gks that can reach 17/18 gk at 21 if some1 train them in gk only and a striker that can be a good part of the nt this and the next seasson :)

I'm not sure if changing our minimum requirements will solve the fundamental problem of picking viable players.
Our brakes are the players aging too quickly and the resulting greatly reduced training period.
It's just good that this affects other countries as well.

As an Austrian U21 coach, you are obliged to take part in the DACH Cup :P (see my private message for more details). I saw in the international forum that you have already arranged games for the weeks of the DACH Cup and therefore Austria U21 would no longer be there. Can you briefly confirm to me (and the community) what Austria's U21s want to do? Otherwise I will have to organize the DACH-Cup without Austria...

We win against a rival that use 2 21yo players with all u20 ( and a weaker squad) i am happy with the performance!
