Qualification for the championschip is ahead of us.

What do you plan to do to increase forum activity?

I will try to announce the matches and evaluate them and maybe even a competition

What is your development plan for u21 Crna Gora?

I'm going to select proper opponents for friendlies to rise the rank.
I'll try to look at every pulled out junior.
Perhaps I'll manage to encourage to open YS thos who don't have it.
In friendlies I'll let to play younger players to give them training bonus and gain more experience

Hi, How much time do you spend on making tactic and analysing opponent? Do you make tactic for every opponent, or just use existing with some changes?

sometimes you need to use two tactics in a match :) I have a plus so I will see how the opponent plays and I will meet

i am the coach of U21 Canada 4 season. why Buczo
because he has tremendous talent. He will do anything to play great. He is not afraid of difficult matches.

Why not, I have little experience? I persuaded him to start with you. Bucho This is my friend as well as Black Snow. Nothing by force! but we will give you a lot. I started Canada with 87th place. Bucho always asked for tactics. Today is ready.

I know how to sacrifice myself and what is important. He will not jump higher every season in another U21. I don't do that either. but you decide :)
