The meaning is you show pops in skills but not talent of a player. The max talent is 3 (exactly should be 3.1x given by experts) with Unearthly junior coach.

Lol you guys max talent 3 for youth school not a team players. Really funny. A team players can be talent 1-2-3 or more.

Intrinsic talent can be known in YS with max junior coach. But the talent is following the player all along his SK life.
For instance, a talent 3 can show 1week pop from tragic to average at 16yo.

Talent 2 is basically nonsense. If my player pops in 1 week he is talent 1? No. Same here.
Sure he's very good talent...but there is no talent "2" as such because the minimum talent is 3.

No, I think you don't understand the talents correctly.

You are not supposed to say any talent because you have no idea what his talent is, even with those nice pops. The only thing you know as of now is that the player is talented. But can't say exactly how much.

A pop from level 8 to 9 (for example) in 3 weeks, doesnt mean that has talent 3. The are different things

For me, its easier to count talent in how many weeks pops to X level, but real talent is known by pops in school
