Could somebody please explain this feature?
You "list" a player, but nobody can bid on him.
Does somebody make you an offer? If it is high enough, you then list the player, otherwise you keep him?
The purpose of the feature is to get more money for the seller, and give the buyer more time to raise cash?

Your last sentance is correct :)
When you use this feature, people can view him via the TL. It also produces a mini forum for interested parties to post in, maybe ask you about Price , talent etc, you can see if anybody has posted in the office area where you will see your players name (having been "Listed" and a number beside him..indicating posts in the forum.
If you want to experiment list someone now and i'll post in the forum...you can always remove him straight away if you want.

Cheers, just in case you can't see this....
Right, and everyone can see all the offers?
How do you make sure people keep to their word when they are eventually listed?
He was only my first choice keeper for about 3 games :)
Couldn't be arsed buying in anybody better.
I've seen a few of sutties players on transfer topic and he hardly ever gets offers, so I'm wondering if only the seller can see them.
?

For the benefit of the forums purpose my reply on the transfer topic was...
Yes, when in "Transfers" you have a drop down menu, you can select the TL or the Transfer Ads, Transfer ads will bring you to players and forums like this.
Only way to guarantee a buyer keeps to his bid is to list the player at the agreed price, even then he may not bid and it'll cost you to list him.
Most people only use this forum to make initial contact then move onto sk mail, some dont tho.
I've bought and sold a few players via agreed price and never had a problem but there are some out there who will try it on so you just have to exchange mails a bit and trust your gut feelings..
If you have time check out some players being listed this way and have a look at the forums, some will be empty so the better the player the more chance of some posts.
If you do, if you see any nice Scots........
