Subject: where am i going wrong

ok forgot to buy a new striker during the close season and it showed todays match inwhich i was ll over my opponant and neither of my strikers could put the ball away

as i spent my sponsors money on extra seating i was left with no money to buy a striker

i've put conway on the market in the hope 3 or 4 people rate him higher than you guys rate him and i can get some money to buy a better but older striker

when i bought conway he was rated at £36,000 and i paid £10,000 for him he is now valued at £122,000 (with only pace and stamina training and a few pops in things i wasnt training) will i get my money back on him?

This valuation here doesn't mean a lot unless you really know what you are looking for.

eg:

form, sub levels, and stamina etc.

So, not a great guide for most people.

As for getting your money back.

Factoring in inflation and general economy changes over the time since you bought him......I really have no clue. :D

I think you will prob get at least £5k for him.....£15k tops.

But you might get more with some luck.

i got 47k for conway

sold another player aswell

was hoping to get a "good " striker for 100k

but had to spend over 200k on a striker

formidable striker incredible form average pace and tech with adaqute passing

thought here we go into todays friendly

2-0 defeat

dispite 56% of the ball 64% of it in there half and shots 13 to me and 3 to him


and to round it all off i now have to get out of debt quick from the extra i spent on the striker hopefully i can keep selling out my stadium

I watched one ofyour games last week and the thing i noticed was that your strikers play very deep, try tweaking your tactics a bit and push your strikers further forward and don't have them coming back deep into your own half to defend, at one stage Biondi i think was almost in your own 18 yard box.

I also noticed that your strikers crossed over quite a bit, give that a tweak too. hat tricks galore next week :)

of my 2 strikers 1 was supposed to be a striker the other a forward so playing behind him

good news is i scored 6 goals last sunday and 6 this sunday

and beat wardonkey in the blondepoker league which was a first
