just want to know can u change different types of training every few day.. cos i have been training on mid passin, then last nite change to def pace, got quite amount of pop on both training skill..

You can only train one thing each week.
Whatever is set at 7am sk time (approx) on a Thursday morning is what you will train so you actually trained pace last week.
If you have been training passing lately then the chances are that the players who all popped had a high sublevel and the general training was enough to take them up to the next level.
Also, just to be clear, sorry if you realise this already but when training pace all players who play that week from both your matches will get trained, it doesn't matter if you select def/pace mid/pace or att/pace.
