I've just discovered Sokker Organizer for tracking training. Are there any other tools I should be using?
Stadium sizing -

I only use plus so no idea about other applications like SO. I'm sure SO will give you all the needed info though.
For stadium size a rough guide is 15 x your fanbase. so approx 18,000 you should be looking at but i'd wait untill after your playoff match as you are facing a strong team in Juventic. If you win then go for 18k but if you dont and you remain in div 2 then i'd probably go with around 12k and you can always increase again if you are selling out with the 12k.
When building your stadium, remember that you want to build seats along the sidelines and benches behind the goals. The corners count as behind the goals.
For training pick what you want, but your squad is very old and you'll need to bring in some younger guys. Dont train players who are 24 or older and i'd only train players at 22 or 23 if they were important first team players.
Remember to play 2 games a week, i see that you dont play friendlies. For example if you decide to train defenders then create a tactic with a five man defence and play 10 different players there over the two games = 10 trained players.
You will also need a head coach with unearthly in the skill that you decide to train, the higher his other skills, the more extra training he will give to all who play and so the better chance of side pops.
3 assistant coaches will provide a boost to the head coach and enhance training.
There's also the youth school, the youths will also need a coach, probably around formidable level would be good for you, better if you can afford it but i reckon that you'll need to buy some trainees with your wedge instead of better coaches at this stage.
