is there a board where we are allowed to get players valued before we place them on the market?

search for Junior Transfers (en) (players between 16-19) and "Transfers II (eng)" There's also a Transfers III but that is for the monsters of the game only.

Read the rules of each forum to make sure that your players qualify for the minimum requirements.

You'll find threads in each forum titled Striker Valuations etc.
