Subject: Would This Work?

I currently train strikers. However this limits me to only 6 spots a week. Whereas Defender trainers or midfield trainers get 10 spots.

If i played 5 DEF's and trained striker would it go up? And would this increase my training slots from 6 to 10?

No that won't work.

I believe striker training works 100% effective with ATTs and a certain cut down percentage on MIDs (40% would make sense). Never tried but its been said and discussed on many a thread. Ideally you could play 2 DEF, 5 MID & 3 ATT. A proper 2-5-3 would be intense. But if you keep 1 or 2 of the mids in the back line you could make it work.

6 ATTs per week
+
10 MIDs at 40% effectiveness per week
=
10 trainees equivalance

So in the training page, keep it Striker and ATT.
