is the extra level in overall not worth the 8k

are they all assistants?

If so your assistants total up 44 which is a helluva lot. I used to have 3 *15 assistants but the wage was killing me. Now im back down to 1 *15, 1* 8 and 1*7. means i make a profit every week regardless of playing at home or away. Once i get more cash in the coffers im going to get rid of the 15 level assistant and probably get an 11 or 12 to once again reduce the wage bill.

I am seeing no fewer or more general pops since doing this with my coaches. For example Todd Vaughan took 29 weeks general to pop in defence with 3 *15 coaches. He just popped in Def again general training with 31 weeks. Makes no difference to me these huge salary munching assistants to be honest. For the sake of 2 weeks (remember he is getting older as well so it may not be 2 weeks) and the sake of probably a saving of 30-50k per week then clearly these huge salaries are not worth it in the long run at all.

But 13/14 is approx 93%


But 8k /24k is a 33% hike in wages.

I have a couple of brilliants, and a couple of incredibles for my head and assistant coaches at decent wages, to cover any training Im doing.
