Do you have a junior coach and what is his overall skill?


The higher his skill the faster your youths will pop, keep track of how many weeks it takes for your youths to pop. The unsatisfactory 31 could be a 4 week popper and could end up arriving as a very good/excellent youth.

even at that ally is he really going to be worth the money as he will be no doubt 19 at the time of pulling?

I got almost £2m for an excellent pull season before last.

If you have space, no point firing anyone untill their talent is known i reckon.
