Wish trainers you bid on stayed in the list like outbid players, it's a pain searching for them every time.

If you could edit the first post with another method, if you're in agreement it is viable.

Leave all skills on any when selecting a coach. This costs only 600 and is a true lottery.

Out of curiosity I did it 31 times yesterday, (18,600), to see if I could find a magical coach for the price of one high power search. No magical turned up, and there was also some horrible average and adequate coaches. But many V. Good, Excellent and Formidable, (even 2 incredible and 1 brilliant). Lot of coaches in my sample that would be suitable in month 1 of your Sokker career.

I suspect, generally, 5 x 600 would produce 1 coach you would be happy with at the start of this game.

What were their wages like compared to cheap excellent / formidable / outstanding coaches?
2007-02-04 21:50:36
errm, didn't pay any attention, just noticed coach levels and skills. Sorry..
2007-02-04 21:51:06
I'd imagine they would have been on the pricey side.

Tried it just there aswell..done it 5times, all really high wages e.g £7000 for very goods, £4000 adequate...
got 1 magical tho but wages at £32000

random is tough to get cheap coaches...

trust me, i've tried random coach draws HUNDREDS of times! no joke...

it was way back in the day, when you couldn't select your coaches skills, just whether u wanted a coach roughly crap, decent, good or great... and all coach pulls were free!
trust me, u end up with a lot of crap coaches

Ive probably spent close to 1M getting coaches over the seasons.

But I have a Magical Youth coach and Head Coach now. Which might have cost 250k each on the transfer list.

how do you get a good head coach?

Ive got 2 good's and a solid assistents setting all the skills to good, all under £2,000 a week, which is fine I guess.

Yeah they aren't bad, too get a head coach you set the skill you want to train to unearthly and all the rest to hopeless, then hope that a good one appears fairly quickly
