pretty much, transfer market is nuts
good trainees sell for a fortune, especially if you have proof of there talent, you want to get a decent coach and train your youth team, you will get some decent pulls that you can keep and train or sell

i sold a junior tonight, he was worth 40k, 22yr old, hardly had a game and was nothing special
sold for 450k

Yeah, use sokker organiser.
