I suggest train pace for those guys...At least one more season. Or even more....Then you can get much more..for example, couple of days ago an incredible GK with incredible pace was sold for 2,75 million €.

I recently bought one with less pace for 1.6 Mio, so I do not think that he will get way more than 2.2 Mio for that dude when he is 20...
