I'm just currious because this friend of mine told me it's just a waste of time training him.
but he is VERY talented. I know that now he is not a good player but I intend to train him in passing tech and pm.

now I just want to know if the player worths more, as he is now, than my friend told me.

I don't think that he get's that much.

Because lack of other skill's, 1mln euro is closer...

somethink like:

It takes 1,5 season with pace training to get him decent speed.

Also he need's 1,5 seasons in pm and technique and at least 1 season in passing.

If he's super talented, then he's decent defender with (almoust) 23 y age.
