I'am an italy man with good experience in sokker.I played in Italy serie B (second level) for many seasons. Sokker is my hobby and I love this game and its community.
I'm training midfielders from 8 years and i was in NT italian staff for 10 season and in England staff for 1 season.
I usually prefer manage U21 NT than senior NT.

I Trained Belarus U21 for 2 seasons.I played with many young players from 18 to 20 years and I builded a good database for future of their NT senior.
I trained Pilipinas NT for 1 year with brilliant results for all community.
In last 3 seasons I trained malta U21 and we improve our ranking and did good matches in qualification group. With my staff, one person only, we builded a complete database.

Now I want create a good database for the future of Scotland, and i want minimum 3 our users users in my staff to organize a great job.

I want create a big interest to Nt for all users of your Nation.

I want use player that are trained in good way, age not is important, series not is important.
Together we can make a good job.All users, if they want, will make an important part in my project.

I decided to be Coach U21 for Scotland beccause your community follow sokker, beccause when I begin sokker, 8 years ago, Scotland played a wonderful World Championship with a few user registered. I know that in Scotland football is very popular and often I see your team in Champions legue (Celtic and Rangers, in past) and it's a good reason to play on sokker.org!

I want improve number of sokker players in your nation, I apologize sokker very often and in Pilipinas me and my staff builded a very good community. I usualyy apologize players on sell in international forum and young players not trained can go at team with a very good staff and improve their skills. I will open a thread in Italy for Scottish players, if I will be your U21 coach.

In last season I placed in Italy 2 wonderful strikers pulled in Malta, a manager my friend spent 10 milions to have striker of malta for nest 7 seasons. I hope to do a similar project with your help.
