Hi everybody! I'm experecienced,I was Hungarian U21 Manager few seasons ago. In my first season we have won the qualifiers,with 100% percformance,but in next season on the World Cup,we have unfortunatly only the 3. place in our group reached.
Few seasons ago,I have failed to take the Scotland U21 team,a cheater have won,and he was banned,I have the second place reached this time.
Now,I want try this again.
My target is: next time qualify to the World Cup.
My club team is not interesting me,I train only the players,I don't make tactics,but I have a lot of experience with the tactics,and I think,this is the most important. Every time with the same tactics,or with bad tactics Scotland haven't chance to qualify to the World Cup. You can control,that with the Hungary U21 I have everytime with different tactic played. The preparation is the most important for me.
