I know, but...so what? They could've got much more than 3M euro for him now, at least 9 wouldn't be a problem. I bet that many teams were interested in him, like Chelsea Arsenal Juve etc. Bad move for PSV...

Barca needs a winger as fast as possible, if PSV tells them '9M or you have to wait till next season' then Barca probably would agree for that. Especially as Afellay said in an interview that he will try his best to give PSV as much money as possible.
