Didn't see much of that scene, but the commentator spoke rather about ligaments/ankle.
Season's over, no?
Or he must have some magic recovery.

Villas Boas is thinking about 2 weeks ... rather optimistic I'd say.
Hm....not necessarily, check this one:
It happened last weekend, 3 days later Giovinco played against Bayern

Probably no big deal,it happens a lot...seems ugly, but guess he didn't demolished ankle joint.
I had that kind of injury couple of seasons ago,was going to tackle and somehow I slided over my leg.Luckily,I didn't break knee ligaments, but screwed ankle joint pretty hardly. Was 2 weeks at home recovering, couldn't play football for like 4-5 months.
Hope that didn't happen to Bale :|

I guess it depends on whether the foot gets "stuck" or not. I mean, of course, the foot has to be somewhat fixed for the ankle to bend like that :P But given that, it is not too hard to bend. The question is how much weight/force was put into the already bent ankle, as I think that's what ultimately makes the difference between an impressive but barely harmful bend and, well, a broken ankle.
Congratulations to Chelsea for one more european trophy.
in Europe nobody cares about this EL trophy, except from weaker teams [from Nederland/Romania/Portugal/Russia etc.] and weak teams from top league, for example Fulham
also the team that wins the trophy starts to care about it ;-).
But most 'serious' teams like Tottenham, Inter, Man City, Napoli use reserve teams...

Napoli yes ... but City and Spurs have used their main teams more than their B squads.
