well, real in a bit difficult situation i would say.
if they win, people will say: "bah, diego costa didn't play. it's natural for them to win it."
if they lose, people will say: "LOL, real can't beat atletico even when atletico minus diego costa"
;)

I think that they give a...duck :p...what people will think if they win.
and Real had their injury problems as well - Ronaldo, Benzema. Also Alonso can't play due to cards.

:D yup, as a football club of course they won't give a duck. it's their chance now to get la decima afterall.
those sentences will come from the fans of their rivals club to their fans :p
but from the news, it seems that diego costa had a training today. so, a super-sub role perhaps? ;)

It seems Diego Costa will play.
But even if he doesn't, if Real wins they'll be boring us to death with videos from the 60s till today. Believe me, they'll have no time to worry about Atlético's lineup :P

Well, I like Bale so it's good he made the winning goal. Otherwise, Ramos and his head are always in the wrong place..

Real would have won it in regular time if they'd spent 90m on someone who can actually play football instead of just running with the ball :p
They bought Isco and Illarramendi who are supposed to know how to play football. Did they do anything useful? :P
Bale had a good game, just weak finishing.

it seem, atletico players have low stamina than real madrid player.
they lost concentration on the very last minutes.

not really
they may have similar stamina, but they were a lot more active with long sprints etc. during first ~60 minutes and such way of playing is extremely exhausting

Illaramendi certainly couldn't, as he played 0 minutes :P Ancelotti prefered zombie Khedira to him to replace Alonso. He also prefered Di María over Isco the whole season. I'm guessing Florentino would have fired him for not using his new toys if he hadn't win :P
I agree with you on stamina. Given the way they played, they really needed to resist till '95, no chance for them in 120 mintues

Well Di Maria was one of best players in Madrid this season. In my opinion best player in midfield [counting CR and Bale as strikers:P], he is amazing as a modern box to box. Hope to see him keep up such form at World Cup.
Isco was weak almost every time he played, Illarramendi didn't seem like a player who can be trusted in key moments...but playing regista/mediocentro organizador is really hard and you need experience to do it properly.

I share your view, and I also think that lead to Ancelotti's decisions. I just suspect Real Madrid's president wouldn't care much about those reasons :P
It's hard to imagine Ilarramendi at Real next season, though, after such obvious lack of coach's trust.
