tragic referee - no red card for Marchisio, 100% red card for Suarez

stupid substitutions from Prandelli

The referee cannot be blamed here, he doesn't have 15 pairs of eyes. Suarez will probably get what he deserves later this week. And Marchisio obviously deserved the red card, that was an absolutely horrid foul.

check a couple of replays of Marchisio's faul...not that horrid, he was trying to get his leg back, unintentional foul...

Well the ref doesn't have a couple of replays he had like 5 seconds to decide. Even with the replay I'd give the red though.

Perhaps he didn't mean to break his opponent's knee or leg, but the fact is that his foot ends up on top of his opponent's knee. That's serious foul play, which is punished with a red card.

I've seen worse fouls ending with yellow card. Yellow would be enough in this situation.

Considering the red let slip through tons of fouls (some of them hard) without cards the whole match, red was definitely wrong here.
