comparing to sokker standars - yes, but in general it is simple fact that central defenders will not be so quick as wingers or stikers;)

Yes, we could establish something as "every position" gets +1 in every primary skill... or I could just adjust weighs so we would get more skils around 15-17.

The problem is that defending sills at whatever level in FIFA 14 have a different meaning that the converted values in Sokker. In Sokker, you need divine to stop divine, in that game maybe you don't need 100 to stop 100.

Ideally, the conversion wouldn't be based in the range 0-100 but in the range min-max, where min and mx are the minimum and maximum values used in the game. So, if none gets a defending index higher than, let's say, 90, then 90 should be superdivine.
The problem is that system is much harder to implement because you have to look for the whole distribution of values in FIFA, meaning you have to compute the combination of skills for every single player, then check the min and the max, then set the conversion to sokker values. I don't see that happening, so I guess you'll need som kind of rule of thumb to adjust that.

Yes, you are 100% right.
One problem that I see is that the maximum defender skill of fifa players is 88, not 100.
So, I'll ajust the formula, and (only for defenders) 88 (not 100) will be superdivine.

I'll post some players in a few minutes with that ajustment.

Could you give an example with defenders like Kompany, Hummels and Cahill?

There won't be many goals if strikers have around 14/15 tech and pace versus Defenders with double unearthly.
It will be frustrating to see that attackers that broke through get tackled from behind, and it won't be once or twice in 1 game, way more.
