Did you add any player ? :P Because I tried with Didier Drogba and now i know how it's working :P

You're doing a great job, I hope the devs agree to use some version of your system :)

I added some in Brazil team, but already deleted them.

GK : => Neuer, Cech and Casillas - at gk standerd skills for each class may be the best to be able to match strikers shoots - 18 gk. > 18 pace and 17 pass
=> Lloris, Sirigu, Courtois, Buffon, De Gea - 17 gk > 17pace and 16 pass
=> Akinfeev, Weidenfeller, Valdes, Stegen, Mandanda, Hart, Rui Patricio, Handanovic,etc... - 16 gk > 16 pace and 15 pass

CB : => Thiago Silva, Ramos, Kompany, Hummels, Pique - 18 def
=> David Luiz, Benatia, Chiellini, Barzagli, Vidic, Terry, Godin, Vertonghen - 17 def
=> Dante, Boateng, Pepe, Koscielny, Mertesaker, Howedes, Agger, Cahill, Jones, Sakho, Varane, etc... - 16 def

LB/RB: => Lahm, Coentrao , Felipe Luiz, Zabaleta, Baines, Evra, Cole, Ivanovic - 16 def
=> Marcelo, Alaba, Piszczek, J. Alba, Dani Alves , Sagna, Azpilicueta, Johnson, Adriano, Srna - 15 def

CAM: => Ozil, Silva, Mata, Gotze, Turan, Sneijder - best playmakers, great passer and with very good tech but still decent def skills and very good at striker
=> Isco, Oscar, J. Rodríguez, Hamsik, Eriksen
=> Coutinho, Kaka, Diego, van der Vaart, Mkhitaryan, Mertens, De Bruyne, etc...

RM/RW/LM/LW: => Ribery, Robben, Di Maria, Bale, Hazard, Reus - best sumskill for a winger, and not to high in def for most of them
=> Pedro, Neymar, Hulk, Lavezii, Navas, Sanchez, Walcott, Vela
=> Hulk, Lucas, William, Candreva, Farfan, Griezmann, Cuadrado, Feghouli, Mirallas,etc...

SS/CF/ST: => Cristiano, Messi, Ibra, RVP, Suarez, Lewandowski - 18 striker
=> Falcao, Cavani, Rooney, Aguero, Tevez, Benzema, Higuain - 17 striker
=> Muller, Huntellar, Gomez, Sturridge, David Villa, Torres, Rossi, Negredo, Diego Costa, etc... - 16 striker

the pace of slow defenders and CM should be increase with 10-15-20 %, for example : Mertesaker instead of 10 pace should have like 14, Pique 12-15, Ramos 14-16, and the maximum speed for a CB should be 16 and only thoose who have a decent-good speed in reality... a full-back like Alaba or Alba can have even 17 pace, but only thoose very fast who are a few...

also the tech of defs should be in correlation with the defending of strikers... for example Ramos and Silva who are very tech for a CB should have ~ 14 tech, and the best defending strikers like Costa and Rooney should have also 14-15 def... and the poor tech defs like Vidic, Kompany should have 10-11 tech and player like Messi, Ibra who doesn't defend pretty well also have 10-11 def...

=> pace 18 should have only thoose who have lightning speed in reality : Walcott, P. Aubameyang, Cuadrado, Bale, Cristiano, Lucas, Lennon, Sterling
=> pace 17 very fast players like : Di Maria, Robben, Ribery, Messi, Pedro, Neymar, Reus, Valencia, Giovinco, Lavezii, Mirallas, Sturridge, Hazard, Aguero, etc...
=> pace 16 players with decent-good pace like : Suarez, Cavani, Falcao, Lewa, RVP, Rooney, Benzema, Higuain, etc...
=> pace 15 players a bit slow like : Ibra, Schweinsteiger, Huntellar, Hummels, Cesc, Kroos, De Rossi, etc...
=> pace 14 real slow players like : Mertesaker, Llorente, Busquets, Totti, Pirlo, Alonso, A. Caroll, Barry, Terry, Vidic, etc...


on some players i may be subjective of course, but i think with a few small changes it may be a good system, closer to reality
