I would consider it a bad practice to retroactively start to punish users for committing something that was tolerated for so many years.
2020-06-03 13:46:20
Well ı would rather see the guys punished now who are not punished before.

Admins should adjust the transfer prices if the player sold only by playing arcades.
Selling price should not be more than purchasing .

That would be a lot of work, because they are selling too many players.
Its easier to fix the bug :D
2020-06-03 13:55:31
Yes but then what about the past :)

I do agree , justice is not easy :)

While there is some truth in your opinion. Imagine that you are playing against 80+ team every season. You do not stand a chance against them.
Your opinion/solution is not fair to 7 teams in a league.
My opinion/solution is harsh but fair against 1 team in a league.

The financial punishment should force them to lover the team average to at least 75+. Force them to sell players.

Although this discussion does not really matter, because it was written a lot about it and the DEVs/Admins ignored it.

justice should be about being just, consistent, predictable and having the right to defend oneself

the fact that the decision would be fair to a much higher number of users and unfair to much fewer users cannot justify such action

I wouldn't target OLIVER ATON, it seems reasonable imho.

But come on guys, Could you not bid this player???, S.C.En e Panic and Insistisci this is just scandalous !!!!

We are not talking about some times to times exploiting the arcade bug (I am not stubborn I can understand it) but this is a systematic strategy and that's why it should be punished, especially when some of them are winning some trophies thanks to this !
2020-06-03 14:16:52
+1 Exactly . If this is a strategy ( and it is clear for those teams) they need to be banned .
For me it is also a great point where you can understand whole mindset of developers and owners .

If you don't ban those guys just because they are buying plus you will lose the entire game. First thing first. Then you can focus other developments & fixes .
2020-06-03 14:17:00
Is it a bug? Yes or no, devs/admins must say
If yes, then the broke the rules so the punishment is fair.
It is not a new rule, in that case it would be retroactive and not fair.
Thats how justice works in democratic countries. Or at least should :D :D

Everyone can have his opinion. I dont agree with yours and that is fine. World would be boring if we all had the same opinion.

Me and you we are lucky to play in Czech league where we do not have the problem.

as I have felt alluded to. first of all. My team's base comes from players I bought 12 seasons ago, 17/18/19 years old. you can watch the transfers. never use arcade error to buy and sell wild. in fact, you can enter my transfers and you can see them which you cannot do with other users. in fact my strength in this game is not the market but training and tactics. I buy and sell little for the years I have been in this game: 15 years.

it is true that taking advantage of the end of last season. the last 3 weeks, buy a lot of players to sell at the beginning of this season as prices go up at the beginning of the season. but buying and selling a player after a few days is not taking advantage of the arcade error. all the players played at least one game in my team (official-friendly or in their old team but they trained with me that Thursday).
2020-06-03 14:21:53
I have nothing against you, you were just an good example who does have enough players who played in arcade games and were sold very quickly.
The fact that your transfer history can be opened make you better example than the heavy exploiters, because one cannot see what they do :D
2020-06-03 14:22:21
That's a perfect justification . So you shouldn't be offended.
But for the other guys ı bet they don't have any justification . Because it is a fact that they abuse the current system... They need to be offended ..
2020-06-03 14:47:24
People need to realize that just fixing the bug is not enough. We need new regulations.

I don't have plus, but I was still able to do this:
2020-03-17 Tautvilas Novickas Ursa Ratnici Szalone Cymbałki 7 083 000 KM
2020-03-14 Tautvilas Novickas vordamm Ursa Ratnici 7 534 000 KM

I lost money, but that is not the point. The point is that I made a trade so quickly with no matches played.

Also, this is why I am pro-taxes and anti-limits.
I made a mistake and I payed for it. If taxes were higher for quick selling I would pay more, fine.
But if I was unable to sell him for a number of weeks, that would ruin the playing experience for me.
2020-06-03 14:51:07
Well then they can develop something where taxes may decrease gradually .
If you sell a player in a week 20% , if you sell it in a month 10% ...

I understand. But I don’t know if I make money or lose it in CC. You have more chances of injury and if you fight to win you always have to badly sell or badly buy a player to replace injured / penalized.

But if we all have greater number of matches we will need even more players :)

Ultimately, I think that CC is definitely worth the injury risk, especially if they make 90' in CC as effective as 90' in league for training.
So, more matches they give, more are the champs rewarded.
