The arcade issue is not a bug.
It was asked when discovered to admins to correct it. They told it was impossible and that there would be no punishment for using it.
Now you can't punish someone for it.
it is a basic principle of law. No one can be punished for a rule made after his act

Edit : And once again... If some users exploited this bug some times to times, ok fine I can understand it.
But few of them really took advantage of it on daily basis and this is not acceptable according to the rules and from an ethical point of view.
RULES 8 : You should remember the fair-play rules listed at the beginning in regards to transfers.

The main problem is that this bug has been here for so many years and no action was taken to fix it. Also, there was no punishment to people who used it for his benefit, so they just used it. Don't worry about that, it will be fixed soon. There are many more things to worry about which are more important than this.

So I suggest it's best to fix this as soon as possible, report crimes on this matter so they can be dealt with from now on and make the rule more clear so it's valued as a clear offence on the game rules...

And you get it absolutely wrong. While you see me here writing about that everyone should follow the rules and if not then he should be punished. I dont really care if they will be punished or not, they are not playing in my league nor in my country, so it does not affect me at all. I am just expressing my opinion. If you see that as envy or rancor, its your problem and it does not really matter to me if you see it that way.
The actual problem i really care about is flash to html5 conversion, so i can enjoy the game again.

I believe that a change that should be made now, is to enhance the title of the first national division, either with money or putting the team on the page of each country / forum. the same for the cup title and champions. create motivations for users to stay on top, not just a trophy in the gallery.
