About training - it will be rather an small evolution, main idea is to switch trening from just one formation for some limited "slots" - to give you a chance to build your teams not in the proportion between trained formation and others, but rather between young players and more experienced ones. So, it will be even possible to leave your training as it is, deciding to use all "slots" for one formation. But for sure it will help to manage with more games per week & give a chance to focus on winning.
I think I like that and if I understood it correctly , corrrect me if I'm wrong, it might help with the lack of competitivness of pokal and friendly matches.

After all not all users will stay for a long time in al three competitions. In any case I wanted to give some feedback which users might not like and that would certainly be useful too.
That's important - for now lot of users lose cups pretty fast. For example 75% of them are out from National Cup after 2 rounds.
Changes need to affect also new players - take a perspective of new user - he gets a team in 3 week of season, already missed cup (eliminated), before him extreamly boring start and another 11-12 weeks before he will be able to try someting more exciting.
About poll - well, we tried to make it simply as much as we can - it's supportive tool for us, we will evaluate final results together with comments and discussions from forums, so we are open for proposals on changes. If there will be no chance to make final decision after this week we will probably try to make some new one, improved by your comments.

Yes, that's main motivation for it.

I certainly agree that at the moment junikor matches are a pretty useless feature, but such things could be handed to some assistant coach whoch could give feedback.
Right, NT and youth league will be adjusted for final calendar.
For now we decided to focus on majority of users, we need to remember, that NT managers are only 2% of all players, so we want to go with it step by step.
Youth team is a quite difficult part, for sure need to be reformed. It's not exciting for now. It will be seperate stream, but probably we will give a chance to decide, how much time you want to spend on it (same automatization allowed)

With option 3 that could mean 6 games a week for NT coaches.
Lol yes i miss the boring junior league too. 6 a week :-)

No, it will take time:) rather with full game update.
As some of users pointed - it will be best, to move that change together with rest of improvements, also new UX - with more games per week UX and some auto-options will be an important tools to help you to manage your team.

I can say you are wrong. In france, (but certainly other countries) that's more than 1 coach, that's a community. You should not under estimated this, many users buy, train, discuss NT without any returns (for their own team) just for the fun of this.

There has been a huge amount of excitement from people about you new guys getting on board, wanting to improve the game etc. and I am definitely one of these people.
But if you change the game too much, and I'd say this is too much, then people will leave the game, and there is no guarantee new ones will join as it will become just like the others.
A lot of great ideas have been posted on this development forum, and despite how much we love the game, a lot of "complaints" are made, but there are very few, if any, complaints about the current length of the season, or number of games played, so big changes to areas where people like the game, will likely cause more issues than solving problems.
Another forum found an easy way to drop to 14 weeks, which works well. My own personal idea about joining small countries together but maintaining their nationality, helps fix the more boring nature of being in small countries, and your own idea of splitting the National cup in two, gives a much better, guaranteed match length, to fit in other comps (like the international cup).
I think putting these options together would make a lot more sense, fixing a number of issues, increasing excitement, and shorting the season as the new dev team really wants to do. This is a lot of positives without changing the core fundamental structure of the game

but the length of the season does not matter - if the season would be shortened to 8 weeks but structure of the week itself would stay the same (e.g. no second matches) then it is not 2x speed up, it is the same speed
what matters is number of games per week and in this case the most powerful teams have just one additional match and the weaker teams like mine have 2 (international and second league) and it might seem much but on the other hand I find getting rid of stupid Wednesday friendlies and replacing them with league match a very good idea and moreover, as I pointed out in some topic, I want to play some international matches on my level too so the idea with international match seems very good also

im not sure if my math is wrong but for me speed of the game by definition is number of games per specific days having shorter season and more games makes speed even faster adding more games but keeping season length at least reduces the speed up ?

I don't think you have rebutted any points I made. I am ok with 3 matches per week (there already is 3, so if we just replace the juniors then no issue).
I also have no issues replacing boring friendly matches, for the exact reason you stated.
I also have no issue with the new competitions they have proposed.
Shortening the season is important though. This affects players age, it affect how many teams can be in a league (depending on if you play one game vs everyone or a home and away vs everyone).
Number of matches per week is important, and right now it is effectively 2 matches per week (because noone cares about juniors) but going up to 3, especially with an international type cup, would be fine.
But not having consistency of a single type of match on a single day (without going to 4 matches per week) is a huge issue, and what causes this? Reducing the number of weeks, because if they were not reduced, they wouldn't need to be putting some league matches on one day, some on another etc.
It also doesn't do anything to increase interest for small nations in their League matches.
So I don't disagree with most of what you said kryminator, I actually agree with it, I think you missed the point of all the issues with the proposed idea, and missed the good compromise I have which fixes all these issues, looks after the loyal users, and is still aimed at keeping more interest for new uses (so a win for everyone)

The idea of playing more than two games a week or even on consecutive days reminds me that the first problem to face is that of the duration of the injuries!
An accident today of 20/25 days is a drama with the new solution is the apocalypse!
Also playing on Friday I assume that U21 would go on Saturday!
Clearly, even for the national teams, it is necessary to return to the question of injuries which is what makes the work of the CT difficult!
Raul have you thought about how to fix it?
No more injuries in the national team, visible skills for CTs or what?

Regarding League systems, Option 1 & 3 work for me.
Players can be busy at times and may not have time in their weekdays to prepare a match with just 24h of anticipation.
So any system with match-day off-match will get a +1 for my side.

For me there are too many changes, I would prefer more steady attitude. I have to vote to leave the league system unchanged for these reasons:
you give as options which would have a huge impact on pretty much every part of the game but we don't know how do you plan to balance it
1, Players progress - I am worried about this the most. It will affect greatly the level of all juniors and players. Old players will stay the same but the younger ones will have much less time to progress. So the teams with already trained players will have an unfair advantage against others. Especially after the last changes when the skills drops were made much slower for +30yrs players. It would take 20 seasons (over 4 real years) to balance it the natural way, so there are only players that come into the game after the implementation of the new system. How will this change affect the markets? Everyone will try to buy players who were trained before the changes because they will be much better. It will also reduce the quality of matches because all players will be worse in general.
2, Training system - it has to change completely if you want to change the number of matches during the week. How will playing matches affect training efficiency? Some users will play twice as many official games per season than others.
3, Economy of the game - this has to be balanced carefully as well because the number of matches per season will change (option 1 - teams would play between 15-35 official matches per season; option 2 - 15-38 official matches; option 3 - 23-47 official matches) - sponsors money will change because of the different format of leagues and divisions, income from tickets will have much more impact as well. Will it flow much more money in the game?
4, Injuries - if the density of matches per week will increase and the season will be shorter, you have to balance the injuries
