Ok ok I understand. everything is more complicated than it seems. I know you are working hard. cheer up ;)

How about this for the structure.

This structure allows each competition to have it's own day.
It is in order, with Qualifiers being the last match of every season.
It shortens the season 2 weeks which should make the devs happy.
It gives every user in sokker 2 important matches every week.

Now most national cups won't last 13 weeks, but it shows there is room to grow.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ADDITIONAL IDEA

In week 6, taking the place of the National cup for those who are knocked out/finished, you could even start a regional competition where all knocked out teams go in to a regional cup which can hold 256 teams per cup.

Example Below:

Asian Football Cup - All of Australia, New Zealand, Al-Jazar, Prahet Thai, Ozbekistan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Hong Kong, Daehan Mingu, Nippon, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Pilipinas.
Would have all or all but the finalist from the Indonesia National cup.
All but the finalists of China.
All but the semi finalists in Viet Nam.

This would last 8 weeks.

Africa - would fit all countries - they could even fit in the Asian Football Cup.

So on and So on for America and South America.

For Europe, they could have UEFA 1, UEFA 2, UEFA 3 etc (256 teams in each), based on rankings of those who are knocked out.

This means that those who are still in their National Cup, are getting at least 6 games anyway, whereas those who get knocked out early, get another competition to join, so more official matches (which they missed out on because they were weaker teams)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So really it would be every team is regional for the additional cup, as per FIFA, and the Regional Cups are 256 teams of those who are knocked out from their National cup, from the countries within that regional. There can be more than one cup for each region, and you are put in order based on ranking points, and they would be labelled UEFA 1, UEFA 2 or AFC 1, AFC 2 etc.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If the DEVs wanted, they could even create a more prestigious UEFA, a SILVER UEFA, for those teams knocked out in Week 6 of their European, national cup, and each cup would be 128 teams.
Then an even more prestigious GOLD UEFA 1, 2, 3 for those knocked out of their cup in week 7, 64 teams each one.

And if they really wanted to make it better, then they could allow a team who has won their cup, to hold off being put in to a UEFA that week, to get in the next even more prestigious one (a checkbox that says to delay one week, but only for winners).

This way everyone in sokker, will get a change to play in a regional comp, and those that get further in their national cup can try to get a more prestigious regional cup.

There is so much flexibility that could happen with this one schedule.

yes, this option is possible as well if you decide to switch the days of International league and National cup. Perhaps it makes more sense if we consider that most of the users will be out of the National cup soon

13 rounds in cup needs over 8000 teams per country

This is a example also for the qualifications of NT to Mondial.
To create of groups for the continent.

ok, but in this case the national cup is converted into an international cup, ? I am not Right?

and the one who will win the national cup, will have much value from that who while wil excluded from the national cup, after that win have the chance to win something else "biger" with more countries like Asian Football Cup?

I see what you are saying and the DEVs could still work around this.

I have got from Week 6 it starts (at this is when many countries will be finished their cup), which allows a 256 cup.

But for those bigger countries they could have a week 6 BRONZE UEFA 1, 2, etc.
Then after week 6 all those teams knocked out from their National cup, could go in to regional 128 cup called SILVER UEFA 1, 2 etc.
Then after week 7, all those knocked out from their National cup, go in to regional 64 team cups called GOLD UEFA 1, 2, etc.

It all comes down to how many of these the DEVs want to put in, but really the options are endless for them.

It allows flexibility. I don't think it is necessary as teams making it that far already have a lot of official matches, and I'm trying to let the lesser teams get some more official matches. But I also don't see an issue with the added cups. Hell, winners from a country could even choose to hold off until a latter BRONZE/SILVER/GOLD/PLATNIUM if there was a tick box coded in.

It's just a fun, flexible way of dealing with almost all the issues brought up, as well as adding in regional comps which so many people want, in to a schedule without adding a 4th major game per week

Not having an mobile app, a responsive website is really a reason for users to leave this game. If you have to use a computer to play a web game, maybe this is because there are less players. If you see tools like Google Analytics from some websites, you'll notice that a lot of people prefer to use mobile devices, so if people don't have this option. Less people would eventually notice this game and start to play it. Other issue is flash player, in mobile devices we don't have flash working anymore and after 2020 we won't have it on web either. Most browsers will eventually remove flash comparability. This is really something to worry about.
