And please, answer regarding slots. Will it be same as now if player played MID on Sunday and DEF on Wednesday/other day last played position counts?

Still havent decicded - but in my opinion should count more effective option - so if he played more time as mid, then it should be mid.

Raul to D@ni
I mean - most important bonus is always to play official minutes.
Playing with better teams will be an extra bonus, not main one.

Direct number will be setted during the tests, we will try to balence it for different strategies.

Very nice opinion. I am with you.

I like the changes, not because I feel it is better or worse than the current system, just a different challenge.

It could definitely make all players look the same but at the same time, people could choose to make them look different, especially if everyone is training similar looking players, than the more specialised/different ones will have a higher value.

I think some things were lost in translation/not explained great, but I believe those questions have been asked so will be watching (and I don't think the answers will make the change right or wrong, just different).

I do really like the idea that if your player plays against stronger teams than what they are, they get more training (I'm assuming by your answer, it is more for that player, thus giving reason to put some youngsters in your firsts if possible), I do just worry about big teams in small leagues.

I think because of this, it makes an international league even more important, so that when a country has one or 2 much stronger teams than they play in the national league, that they can play the strong international teams every week of the season also. This means they will have to balance training VS results in both the leagues, making sure not to overdo it, which is a great change, but as I said, would necessitate an international league, which they can work their way up, independentlyaway from their national competitors. But if training was in place with both a national and international league, then it is a very good and interesting change.

I am interested to see if by the GK 2 and Striker 6, you mean only 2 of the 10 slots can be used for GK but you still have 8 other slots to choose, or whether the GK skill uses up 5 slots each, and I'd be happy with either reality.

It will be interesting to see how it is implemented. I just hope strong teams from small nations, where their competition can be 10-20pts lower, will get a fair chance to play other strong international teams, in an international league, guaranteeing they have a full season worth of strong competition to play, so they aren't disadvantaged just because their nation is small

1 when the new system start will effect immediately to the existing players? or Τhere will be a some kind of bridge for the
existing players ?

We have still 2-3 seasons left of current system, so it will be rather just changed for new one.
But - tests, tests, tests - we need to check how stronger will be affect of new system (we belive, it's not so strong as it might look, lot of users can just keep their training as it is)

2. the XP will be with the same way?

not sure i understand your question?

3. NT minutes will count at the training?

For sure somehow, but NT is a dedicated part for us - how to make sure, that playing in National team is worth of it:)

4. old players usually loses stamina and speed but there are some skills that remain unchanged, are you thinking something like that or not?

good idea, need to be considered.

5. I don't know if it's on the subject but the old players will be retire?

Sure, they need to. it's a different part to be addressed, but we need a solution for it.

The effectiveness of the coaches will be visible – you will be able to make decisions about your coaches seeing how their skills affect the effectiveness of each of formation’s training as also the general training.

What does this mean?
We can already see their skills.

Great summary, thank you.

I think some things were lost in translation/not explained great, but I believe those questions have been asked so will be watching (and I don't think the answers will make the change right or wrong, just different).

For sure it is, there is much less questions at Polish forum with local translation ;) so great for summarizing.

I am interested to see if by the GK 2 and Striker 6, you mean only 2 of the 10 slots can be used for GK but you still have 8 other slots to choose, or whether the GK skill uses up 5 slots each, and I'd be happy with either reality.

For now we want to keep current limists, and as you said - you can still use other 8 places for other formations than GK.

We have still 2-3 seasons left of current system, so it will be rather just changed for new one.
It will take a long time. I thought it would just be the next one in the current system.
2020-05-08 14:21:05
Basically it will make the game much more easier. Just make your 22/23 yo A team and u can train them all in primary/secondary skills.

No need to buy A team defenders with high primary skills to train the side skills when u train midfielders as it is now. Or no need to buy old A team players to fill the non trained positions.

2020-05-08 14:21:38
Great. I look forward to seeing it in action. Don't think it's an improvement and I don't think it is worse, I just think it is different, and the people who are best able to adapt to it will be the ones coming out on top.

Bring on the change, and I'm sure more details about the exact way players can be assigned for training will come to light as we get closer to the season it gets implemented
2020-05-08 14:23:37
First impression this will be not skker anymore :(
2020-05-08 14:29:21
It's about direct coach staff efficiency - you will see direct % of bonuses they generate.
2020-05-08 14:29:44
thank you for your answers

2.
as far as the XP question I am wonder, if if the xp points of the players will come most again from the value of the match
if with the new official competition for all and lack of friendlys effects the player's experience more quickly or not?
2020-05-08 14:29:48
Yeah I can definitely see how you can get that impression. I too see how it can take away from some of the challenges of sokker

On the other hand, it may make (depending on exactly what is meant) it a little simpler for new managers to understand training, so more likely to stick around, which would outweigh any "not sokker" concern I have.

As I said, I don't think it's better or worse, just different, and whilst I may be a big change to how training occurs, I'm not sure the end result will be that different.

I'm open to it
2020-05-08 14:33:41
Why is that?

Its just more flexible current system.

Sure, you can focus on just 10 young players and train them, playing all games with them, but it wont be efficient.
You need experienced players for results, and young players for development.
As it is now.

But you will not need to focus only on one formation. you can make it more balanced.
And it will be more difficult - becouse you need to try to give them official games to train them best, so it will be about balance between results and young players... so, as it's now, just a bit different.
2020-05-08 14:34:23
Same here :) Not entirely convinced about all of the changes but still excited about them :)
