When I first read it, it didn't feel great to be fair, maybe since I train pace. But then thinking more of it, I think the current training system is nothing near to the real life. I don't know a team in the world that only train attackers, midfielders, or defenders. Being able to train players of every side of the pitch is going to be great, and much more realistic. To mention a slight problem of all of this could be that new players do not get the chance of having great trainers. So, they won't be able to train 3 or 4 different skills at the same time if they are not lucky enough with finding trainers. But anyway, even though I am training pace, and I am almost a newbie, I would rather to go with this update right now without waiting 2 or 3 seasons.

Thank you for your answers and efforts to improve the game.

I like it because it's more like real life, but I want to see the proportions and the end result in all aspects.

I like the changes, but I am curious how will this affect the transfer market, and you cant test this.

Imagine 23y 3x divine striker, he will cost like 40 million $

Getting closer to reality was also a point.:)

the only weapon for the very small national teams in relation to those who have the most users is the better experience/age of their players that they have, because their players have more NT mathces ,

may with the new official club competitions and with the lack of friendly matches the players to not need NT experience to grow that skill faster.
It would be a shame if they lost this bit weapon the distance would increase more

it's complex - hard to say for now, so many factors will affect market - we just need to wait and see.:)
But - market as market, will follow.

About 14 years ago Sokker introduced training reform too - from game beggining skills training has the same speed no matter the skill level was - and it was changed for current system (if skill is higher, it takes more time to train it). It also caused lot of comments, that players focused with training of one skill gets to much advantage, market will colapse... ;) and now - lot of you even dont remember that times, even if you're playing since 2005-6 ;) and it's still the same game, even better.

I red it several times and i still do not like it :( sorry @raul
if player will have more training without playing i do not think anyone will want to levee youngsters on bench so this will not help any how to those that train
how managing 10 slots in training every week makes the training simple for new users vs current training
just considering how they play
The players who are not assigned to the training slots and who are not playing a match are slowly losing their skills.
is that will happens disregard the age as it now? if yes will be hard to maintain competitive slots
The players who played an official match and against stronger teams will gain an extra bonus to their training. this will be against new teams but also against traing young players
13 vs 14 week do not see big difference and why in one case will be increased vs another so basically you reject 15 16 week option even people want that.

in training is not mentioned anything about GK training ....

i do not know i play manager with similar training approach footbalarean.org and is not so good as sokker here could be achieved best training system without many modifications definitely will not be sokker anymore and i moved from hattrick in sokker mostly because of the way training worked :(

disappointment sorry :(

PS: train making manager like RL is not easy to achieve in sokker trying that may ruin the game itself

Why ? It seems to me there will be more top players as he will be able to train the players more easily
2020-05-08 14:54:37
ok, now i understand. Sure, we will keep an eye for it.
2020-05-08 14:59:31
It's almost the same, as it is now. You can even keep playing as you are.

But you just no need to pick up one formation - you can focus on few.
It's pretty easy rule and more flexible for everyone.

We cant leave training as it is - it's not real, its a game bug, that you train just one type of formation, and need to treat your second game as training game.
2020-05-08 14:59:42
I think you must include many examples of your training plan because the explanation submitted is not clear to understand neither in english nor in french (well translated by our community)
2020-05-08 15:01:25
I think I need to try and fix the translation a bit using examples.

If I have 10 slots, can I train 2 GK in keeper, 4 defenders in defender and 4 mids in passing in the one week? Or will all 10 slots receive say passing training only?

If they all receive passing training only, will those with the order of MID get the same or more training than those with the order DEF/GK?

As far as the strength goes. If I have two players, say rating 80 and 20 (average of 50), and I play a team with an average of 60, do both the player with rating 80 and 20 get "increased training" or does the 80 player get slightly less, and the 20 player get slightly more?
