Thx for this but i alreday read it and I don't understand this.
We don't see the relation between orders GK / DEF / MID / ATT and trainings : goalkeeper, defender, pace, stamina,...
If you read my question and Rauls answer, it may help but in short.
What you posted is not how it will occur.
Player 2, 3 and 4 will all receive the same training. Whatever skill you set to the DEF order. They will all get defender training, or all get pace training. You cant have one get defender, one get pace, one get tech.
Player 6, 7, 8, 9 will all get the same training. This training does not have to be the same as players 2, 3 and 3.
Therefore you could have players 2, 3, 4 train def (as they all have the DEF order), and players 6, 7, 8, 9 train passing (as they all have the MID order).

If you have 3 defenders on unearthly and you want them to be divine, you have to set them to use trainings slots as DEF training defender skill.
They will receive max def training, as it is now.
The rest of players who are not dedicated for training and use DEF order, they will receive general training.
You can use the rest for training something else, for instance passing. You set 7 players in 7 MID slots who will train passing with direct training and the rest who play as mid will receive only general etc.

Maybe every player could have a hidden random flaw skill, resulting in training it like with a slower talent
This way, players wouldn't become so similar to each other

Because everyone with the same order has to receive the same training, I don't think we will see players become similar at all.
The MIDs will still only get pass/play/tech/pace, and that mid with high tech and low pass, will still be getting tech training if all your other mids have low tech and high pass and want to do what is best for the team. You can't give the low pass MID pass training, whilst at the same time give your low tech MIDs tech training.
I think this was one of the translation issues, and it sounded like you could individualise every players training to suit that player, when in reality, the same limitations occur, you just don't need all your trainees to be MIDs, you could have a couple of MIDs, a couple of DEF, maybe a GK etc.

You have 4 different positions to choose for each player. I'm sure you can make a training plan to give every player what he needs
But not when tech/pass/play trains best with the MID order.
I wouldn't be setting tech to MID for 4 players, and then set pass to DEF so I can train my player who needs pass, if that training is going to be only 80% as effective.
I mean you could, but it would be better to sell off that player and pull in a DEF trainee, and get 100% training efficacy

As I can see you train 10 MID players. Lets say you train passing until 3 of them pop up. You will train all of them in passing.
With new system, you could keep training these 3 as MID order training passing skill, and switch the rest to train pace or technique as DEF order.
That kind of flexibility..

Exactly, you don't have to give all midfielders MID order in the training settings.
for example, a MID need more Defense skill :
for now I set order DEF in the match,
in the new training there are two possibilities :
1- In training schedule : I set MID - Defense
and
I set the player slot to MID
for the match the player must have MID order
2-in training schedule : I set DEF - Defense
and
I set the player slot to DEF
for the match the player must have DEF order
what is better?

Alright , it is more clear now .
But let me ask one more point ;
Option 1 : I play 3-5-2 and train Playmaking. So ı use 10 slots for only mids ( 5 for friendly 5 for league)
Option 2 : I play 3-5-2 and train DEF to defenders , P.M to midfielders and ATT to strikers. ( And ı used all the slots based on league games).
Which one seems more effective to you ?

Exactly, with correction that tech is trained equally for every order. So you can train tech as mid, def and att without losing efficiency

1. We keep training match order limits – you can train a maximum of 6 strikers, 2 goalkeepers. Playmakers and defenders will fit into the limit. You can assign a different skill for each of the 4 positions.
does this mean that mid position can train gk? and does that mean that you can train keeper, 4 defs, 3 mids and 2 strikers?
4. To achieve a training bonus which is close to maximum, the player that you set in a training slot should collect about 90 minutes across the week’s official matches.
what about nt minutes? or just club?

> But not when tech/pass/play trains best with the MID order.
Not for tech, only pass and play. While you train pass to MIDs, you can train tech, Def or pace to Def's. And when you train play to MIDs, the same. Grouping the players according to their needs

Only striker with ATT and pass + pm with MID trains quicker. And if you have defender like this: 22y divine pace, divine defending and you want him to train pass, you will switch to MID order. Right?
