Only striker with ATT and pass + pm with MID trains quicker. And if you have defender like this: 22y divine pace, divine defending and you want him to train pass, you will switch to MID order. Right?
OK thx to all.
I try again :
Here are orders for matchs and trainng given for each order :
GK : goalkeeper
DEF : technique
MID: pace
ATT : technique
To maximize efficience of training we still have :
GK : goalkeeper / pace / stamina
DEF : defending / pace / stamina / technique
MID : passing / PM / technique / pace / stamina
ATT : striker / technique / pace / stamina
10 players to choose among all players in our team and example given above, it will give :
If a player plays with DEF order in official game and play 90', he will get full training in technique
If a player plays with ATT order in official game and play 45' he will receive 50% training in technique
If a player plays with MID order in friendly game and play 90', he will recerive aruond 75% training in pace
If a player plays with GK order in friendly game and play 45', he will receive around 37% training in goalkeeper
All players that plays will receive general trainings in all skills not trained (example : the player with DEF order will receive all general trainig excepted technique)
All players that do not play will not receive training at all and see their skill decrease.

1. We keep training match order limits – you can train a maximum of 6 strikers, 2 goalkeepers. Playmakers and defenders will fit into the limit. You can assign a different skill for each of the 4 positions.
does this mean that mid position can train gk? and does that mean that you can train keeper, 4 defs, 3 mids and 2 strikers?
4. To achieve a training bonus which is close to maximum, the player that you set in a training slot should collect about 90 minutes across the week’s official matches.
From proposition:
11. Stamina training needs to be reworked a bit. The other training rules remains unchanged.
It means that you can train keeper to MID order, but it won't be as efficient as for GK, as it is now.
The training logic will stay the same, we will only be more flexible in choosing players we train and how.
what about nt minutes? or just club?
As I understood, nt matches will count.

@Clarom: Option 2 would be more effective because DEF train defender more effectively than MID
@Riga: From what I understand, Option 2 would be more effective, only because it was stated that league matches give more training than friendlies.
@majti, terrion, sheep: Fair point, I should have used passing and playmaker in my example just to be more true to the point. It's after midnight here haha

I think they will give us more info about % after testing it. But if you want to have the most efficient training, your chosen players should play at least 90min in official games.

Right.
Exactly as you do now. : )
We are used to see 10 players as our trainees and to treat young 22yo 17-17 defender from your exapmpe as mid trainee although he is still a defender.
In the future if you want to train your favourite 22yo 17-17 as mid, you can use the rest of the slots to keep training your other defenders who are 17-16 or 17-15 etc.

Yes, sure, i gave a % just to see the difference between official and firiendly but the rule sounds like that ?
it was mention all remaining rules remain
Is that mean rule for overlapping orders on wensday remains i hoped at least that would be removed.

So far if you are in lower leagues the best strategy for me is to build young 11 for league games and use 10 training spots for them. Friendlies seem unneccessary ..

Yes, you are right. That is the way to see the changes.
But, we don't know yet what will be correct % of friendly, non-playing at all, 45 minutes etc. They wrote around 90 minutes in official matches to achieve almost 100% of training bonus.

I think it is a bit adjusted, or that is what they want.
So instead of it being the latest order taken in to consideration as it is now (ie friendly order superseeds league order), it will be the order which would give your player the most training.
So if you play a player for 90min in league as a DEF, and then in the friendly he plays 10min as a MID due to an injury, he will still get his DEF training, not the MID training

I asked (page 44):
And please, answer regarding slots. Will it be same as now if player played MID on Sunday and DEF on Wednesday/other day last played position counts?
Raul to majti_orion:
Still havent decicded - but in my opinion should count more effective option - so if he played more time as mid, then it should be mid.

I don't know.
Also, just realised that nt order could fu*k up your training plan if NT coach uses your player with different order and gives him more minutes played for the week : S
