Training system is something I like about sokker.
Same.
But seeing how they plan to change something that is not an issue

.. and when you get eliminated from either of National or International Cup you lose a lot bonus training for your young players.
They are trying to stop as just training (without competing, using safe tactics) and trading youngsters because they will progress slower, thus preventing them to become 3 x devine.
Cunning.

Time to buy up any Superdivines currently floating around ...
I like the new training system in general, but I have concerns about minutes played in official games being "much more valuable". Wouldn't this punish teams that are eliminated from the cup early? Now they can get almost the same training with friendlies, but in the new system they'd have to play all 10 trained players in their league game (or possibly international cup if they're still in it). That's a big competitve disadvantage. Unless you're planning to let teams that are out of the cup continue to play for placings, which I think would be a good idea anyway.
Also I thought the original idea was allowing managers to field their best team in all competitve games to make the national cup more meaningful instead of mostly a competition for reserve teams. This is clearly not the case with this proposal. You'd still be forced to use your reserve team with young trainees in some competitions. I'd prefer to have friendlies (or even better a reserve team league to make it more interesting) in addition to cup games every week and count them for training the same as official games.

A good thnig i see with this new system is that a new team who build a team with his own junior players, can create a great home team one day, whereas now training system can't afford that opportunity.
I didn't like that difference between official and friendly game.
if I fall from the Cup, I will be extremely prejudiced by the strongest teams. this will certainly cause inflation in young players aged 22 to 24 years.

.. which are already way too expensive

That's my biggest concern too, hope the "much more valuable" part, won't be too big of a difference (I think it's like 10% now, more of a difference would be just too much imo). Otherwise I would need to sacrifice good results for optimal training.
I like a lot of the other idea's but this + the thing were players get a training bonus when playing against stronger teams is just not a good idea in my opinion.

Question: player has a bonus with minutes of play.
exemple: player A - training slot MID
Mid training setted: PM
It's important to play a total of 90 min, better in official matches to have 100% of training
I have 3 oficials games in this week
Player A plays first game and second game 30 minutes each with MID order, and in the last game 30 minutes with DEF order
On how many minutes is calculate the bonus of Player A? 60 or 90?

it must be a difference,it is in the real life also, you can't progress only with friendlys, you need tough matches to compete.
After all this is a competition it has to be difference between teams,so,try not to fall from Cup,fight to the top.
