Certainly at the beginnign of a new season would be preferable. I sincerely hope it's not more off than 1 season, anything else would be a disappointment.

There is no mention about coaches. And it should be when it is about training.

What will happen to old ones 70+ yo?
Will the current recruitment system change?
Will there be same coach system: 1 head, 3 assistants?
If I want to train keeper, passing, striker, defender at once, should head coach have all those skills unearthly?

I know there is time for this, but its kinda important.

after one night brainsorming :D

1- what is the training maximum a player can receive per week with One official match: 100% or little bit more (following bonus)

2- if a player play two officials matchs by week what are the answers to the differents possibilities:

he is on a training slot for the second match, but with another order, is loosing his first training?

he is on a training slot for the second match with same order, his maimum training is fixed so he has no more training.

he is not on a training slot, he has low training for the two matchs but how many training he receives by match?

What about random training?

3- What about Experience of player, is there any changing , because there are more officials matchs.

Explanation should be instructive like this so there are not 14 pages of people mostly asking how Devs meant this or that

Is this your idea of what you think it will be or what you'd like to see?

I think it looks great, but think what the options will actually be are;
- all skills will be available from all dropdown boxes.
- Max of 2 GK, 10 DEF, 10 MID, 6 ATT.

It would be good however if in those dropdowns, if you select passing for the DEF position is has a little red warning saying "training this skill under DEF will be less effective than if trained under MID"

And similar if you pick say more than 2 GK
"Selecting more than 2 GK will reduce the training effectiveness for this position"

thanks, I fixed the number
This is what I think it could look like and I wanted to show it to other users so they can visualize it as well

Not sure about the red warnings. Because currently if you choose more than 5 DEF you will most likely lose the training. And if you choose Passing training to ATT and it tells you that it will be less effective you dont know if it is less effective by 10% or 50%. I always considered it as bug, that you could choose all the combinations of Training type and Training Match order

I'd be happy with what you suggested, more I'm just commentating on how I feel they are going to have it based on the discussion had.

If it is more selective like you have, I think it will be better, especially for new users, or those who don't read around the forum as much as we do.

But if they don't change it like you have, then I think a warning needs to come up, so that newbies don't accidentally screw themselves over, and then get the "angrys" and leave when they realise

I read through all the posts and I still have these concerns:

7. The players who played an official match and against stronger teams will gain an extra bonus to their training.

I still dont like this feature. It is meant to help weaker teams but it wont work like that. It is another unnecessary rule to the training system that is already quite complex to understand.

effects on the market: There will be less juniors and young players on the market. People nowadays often sell their talented juniors because they don't fit their training. But if you can personalize the training, almost every junior can suddenly fit your training. People will rely more on their own juniors, but juniors are complete random right now.
Many old teams will stop buying young players (16-19yrs) to train because if would slow them down. They will rather focus on buying players around 22-24yrs for the training who are already good enough to play official matches. This could inflate already high prices of such players.

I would like more diversity of the players' skills. But I am not sure how to support it. I am little bit worried of everyone training their players in the same way.

Like this new thing about traning. More realistic. Now we must more thinking about training, how to combinate all these players. ^_^
But, for managers who dont like this new system, they can continue to training players like before; 5 def/mid in friendly and 5 def/mid in official game. Easy.

And I really believe we should have a poll when or how fast to introduce this new system. I doubt that I am alone that 2-3 seasons from now is too far off.

I can understand that:) but from the other hand some of you would be dissapointed in opposite situation, if we would annonce that kind of change for upcoming season.

But, major reason is a bit different - league system reorganization and presented yesterday training reform are most important changes we want to introduce (so, for lot of you it will be great info, main part of revolution stops here;), other ideas will rather be an extensions, than changes) That's why we want to start discussion with these two areas, becouse it will be also a starting point for any other work we need to do. It also works pretty well to use your experience and knowledge, we already used lot of user ideas for our modernisation plan.

New training and competition model requires dedicated new game interface, so without closing that stage, we cant move forward with UX designing and some other.

2-3 seasons will give us a time, to prepare game mechanics, create dedicated new interface, develop some dedicated tools to help you playing (for example, for managing with more games per week, we belive we need better mobile access, saving line ups for differenf competitions, etc.), and finally give enough time for testing (and it's crucial part at the end, to make sure everything works good).

So - sorry for keep you waiting, but i seems the only way of working:)

It is absolutely a concern.
Yet some people keep downplaying the negative effects it can have, and it is exhausting.
I am also tired of the real life analogies, as if there are training slots in real life...

YS is gonna dictate how you play, and how high you aim.

When it comes to overall game development, I want flash replaced, UI and UX improvements, ME improvements, and minor tweaks here and there.

Everything else can have my -1, if it matters.

We want to test it as part of system - it could be nice award for underdogs, thats main idea behind it.
But for sure it will not be so siginificant, to work opposite way - like trying to drop down into lower division, etc.
It's just additional bonus - playing games will be still the most important one:)

Thank you!

I am sure this will revive sokker!

I think is very important, in this new way, that all trainings are disponibilized with igual resultates for every play order. Maybe I will want to train my strykers in passing, my midfielder as striker, because if will be more dificult to have 3 x divine strikers, I will need more multiskill player.

It will be lika this?

We dont want to many changes about coaches - 1 main coach + 3 assistants, we will just reveal their efficiency - so you will be able to decide how current investment in coaches affects on training types (general and formations).
So yes - if you want to train different skills you need to invest in better coach with few max skills. It's another place where you can decide about your strategy - focus on 1-2 fromations, or even try to go with 4. (and it will be expensive ofc.)

About age - players and coaches - for sure it's time to think about some retirements, but we dont have dedicated idea for now. there are some interesting discussions on development forum we will check for sure.
About recruitment - it will probably stay for now as it is, we know it's not perfect, but keeps game balanced (preventing inflation), we belive it can stay that way for nearest future. However, we are open for some different ideas about that part.
