There is no mention about coaches. And it should be when it is about training.
What will happen to old ones 70+ yo?
Will the current recruitment system change?
Will there be same coach system: 1 head, 3 assistants?
If I want to train keeper, passing, striker, defender at once, should head coach have all those skills unearthly?
I know there is time for this, but its kinda important.
We dont want to many changes about coaches - 1 main coach + 3 assistants, we will just reveal their efficiency - so you will be able to decide how current investment in coaches affects on training types (general and formations).
So yes - if you want to train different skills you need to invest in better coach with few max skills. It's another place where you can decide about your strategy - focus on 1-2 fromations, or even try to go with 4. (and it will be expensive ofc.)
About age - players and coaches - for sure it's time to think about some retirements, but we dont have dedicated idea for now. there are some interesting discussions on development forum we will check for sure.
About recruitment - it will probably stay for now as it is, we know it's not perfect, but keeps game balanced (preventing inflation), we belive it can stay that way for nearest future. However, we are open for some different ideas about that part.

that all trainings are disponibilized with igual resultates for every play order.
Could you explain it a bit more? not sure im understand you properly.

yep. Rules said: Training of passing
Passing is most effectively trained by midfielders (MID), the remaining positions train slower
I think will be important, in this new philosophy of training, that players with ATT order can train passing 100% like would be for players with MID order, training passing too.
It's an exemple about passing, but I think for other skill would must be the same.

Maybe this has been mentioned amongst this thread and maybe I don't understand what is being proposed. So I apologise if either is true.
From what I have understood the plan is to only have 10 training slots.
Therefore, what is going to happen about pace training? The speed of this training were based on the fact that you could train 22 players. Therefore, shouldn't this training speed be radically "juiced" up to take that into effect?

ahh, i see. hard to decide jet - sure we need simulation and tests.
Current rule is reasonable - it's hard to train defence effectively, when you play as ATT.
Maybe some corections need to be made - like - possitional skills demand playing with specific formation, and more technical skills (like passing) should be same effective for all.

we are not sure jet - speed is most physical skill - and physical abillities should be more difficult to train - for now, pace training is rather a bit to powerfull (sure, it's slower, but 22 players it's a lot).
In new system you can use only ten slots, also for pace training. Maybe we will speed up pace a bit, according to it, but here also - need simulations and tests. Reducing number of training slots for pace training is another thing, that will allow us to reduce 3/4x devine players.

Interesting is the new training system. With the old system, I could only train 6 players at the same time as a striker coach (and if I want to train more efficiently, only 5). So, with the new system, I can train 4 more players besides these 6 players. For example, goalkeepers are a rarity especially in the U21 and also elsewhere in the Sokker world (you either find almost only goalkeepers with 12 or less or 17 or more, in between there are no middle class goalkeepers). With this change I would be able to train goalkeepers as well as forwards, for example?
So did I see that correctly? Even if I train 6 strikers, can I use 4 more players, 2 of whom are goalkeepers? Or in other words: If I only register 2 goalkeepers for training, can I use the 8 additional training slots for another training?

exactly, you can use one or two slots for GK too (quite expensive, as you need trainer with goalkeepers skills, but possible).
Main rule is to make it democratic to all - everyone have 10 slots (insted current - only 2 for GK trainers, 6, for ATT, and even 22 for pace).

11. Stamina training needs to be reworked a bit. The other training rules remains unchanged.
on the occasion that stamian training is still under development I would like to share an idea
it is certain that the season will decrease at least for 2 weeks we will no longer have empty from matches weeks
that is, the weeks when most users set stamina for training
with the new speed of the game maybe stamina training with be a very tough decision for the users, so one idea is:
-stamina training to be only with general training, and may the responsible be one of the assistants coach (may that help and the new users)
- stamina general training may have more effect that has now
- all new players from the academy to begin with 0-3 level stamina
- participation in competitions it will increase the stamina , with non-participation in the week it that it will decrease the stamina points
- until the age of 30 the stamina skill level limit will be up to 11
- over time pass stamina skill level will be decrease
for example
31-32 stamina level up to 9
31-33 stamina level up to 7
34-36 stamina level up to 5
37-39 stamina level up to 2
39+ stamina levcl up to 1
this will affect their performance at the matches as they get older but in a smooth way
it not needed so much popdown to older players for all their skills in order to be weaker
it not need to see players with all the skills 0
As in real life they will be able to have more from their skills but in a every year at much more limited time in the match perhaps pace will be more effected.
in this way also The quality and competitiveness of new or weak teams may increases for a some minutes, even very small Νational Τeams they will be able to have more numbers of quality options at least for a short time.
and one idea for the retire of players
-every new player to have a random hidden number between for example 34-42 this will be the retirement age
- 1 or 2 season before the retirement age that number will become visible
- with the start of the season that will be retired, the player automaticaly will unlink from his team like as he do now with the Sack

it makes no sense for classification to interfere with training. This will ruin a lot of the league because you will have teams playing with weak players or even 2x2 in the league so that the ranking stays down there and has better training!
Said few times - it will be slighty, additional bonus for training, it would be nonsense to play like that.

Wouldn't it be better to give training bonusses to achievements, like promotion or champions of the league, survived round 5 in the cup... Something like that.
This will stimulate results much more than playing against stronger teams. Cause that way you give the least training bonusses to teams in 1st class. Though I think 1st class teams should be rewarded a bit more cause of their status as "1st class team"
As it is now, teams in 1st class don't get rewarded properly for becoming "champions" of their country or even playing in 1st class. The costs for playing in 1st class are way higher than the income they receive, cause you need a world class team to be able to maintain in 1st class.

there are just a bit different awards - for playing at the top you get a lot other advantages, more money, more official games, etc.
So it's rather about giving some extra bonus (but small one) for underdogs, to balance them a bit vs. stronger teams.
But - i see it's lot of discussion about that particular point - it's not a main rule for us, just additional one and not so important as lot of you assume. I wouldn't be so sceptic for now, test will verify it, if we will have any problems with that it could be even deleted.
