there should be considered to change training pass and play to all positions(or at least on some others then just MID-pass all and play to DEF too)....there are some defenders and also some strikers that can make some good passes and can be good playmakers...
if you leave it like this then if your first team trainees needs a lot of pass and you pull new player from youth school that needs a lot of play you can't train them both....and maybe you want to make one striker to have high pass-play so he can play like a off striker or wing but but then he must play as at MID and then whole other mids must train that skill....that would help a lot in training flexibility...
also there training should not be connected to position that player played most minutes on...because you can play player with DEF order important games in league and cup but in international cup game you want to train him at MID because other defs need pace and that player needs play...
also in training tab should be some red reminder how much training will that training give and that he will get more training with DEF mark on training...
something like this when you open tab to specify what mark you want that player should train:
DEF mark: 100 %
MID mark: 80 %
ATT mark: 15 %
GK mark: 5 %
maybe also some shades with how much training he gets until now and how much he will get if he plays with current match setups...green if he played with that order and grey if he still has one more match to play this week...but that would maybe complicate it a bit...
DEF mark: 100 % 105%
MID mark: 80 % 105%
ATT mark: 15 % 30%
GK mark: 5 % 10%

well i have seen players who can pass and know when and where but they had speed was 0 xD
or some good technique and can't see anything on the field ;)
so it would be bad that every player comes out from YS with perfect skills...

another advantage with long season is if something like tonight night crash of training update happens you have time to adjust things. Having tide week may cause to postpone whole week if you are not able to fix the problem immediately .. so keep games with at least 1 day break between them so definitely max 3 games per week.. waiting to see the news tomorrow pls short news with some visuals
I can definitely see your frustration, it is certainly very demotivating when this happens.
BUT
I think it is important for this to occur to stop too many similar skilled players, and too many amazing players.
The big issue with yours is he was not a Brilliant junior. Also, I think the stamina "bug" is still in play (where it counts as more per skill from a youth, because the max is only formidable). That should be fixed.
Maybe as juniors get higher, their appraisal from the coach should get more accurate. I mean If I got BlueZero's player, despite thinking that the distribution should not be tweaked, I would be disappointed. If however I got that player and they were an outstanding/incredible, which is probably what that player actually is, I wouldn't be that disappointed.
We all expect great things when we have a Brilliant/Magical/Unearthly youth joining out team. But Incred and below, we hope the distribution gods are with us, but if they aren't, it isn't that disappointing

Not sure if this is the right place to make this couple of questions. The 5th Divison has been deleted in Spain today.
1) My understanding was that bots would be deleted as well before the next season. Am I wrong? In case I am right, I guess some human teams would promote instead.
2) In addition, I understood that groups of divisions with few users would be "merged". For example, in the 4th Division in Spain there are 1 or 2 human users per league and I understood that for example half of the groups could be deleted so that new players would play against some human users.

Downside of puting managers in too high divisions with the only reason they can play against human teams instead of weak bots, they will loose all matches with 20-0, not a reason to keep playing. Many will quit after 2 matches.
When divisions are merged, first there must be a new division structure.
1-2-4-8-16-(16)-(16) + large bottom league for new managers to start in after sign up, or something like this.

@Raul, on the Dutch forum something is posted about cup matches. Not all human controlled teams are allowed to join, only the top 128 teams. Is this true? I just advised someone to upgrade stadium because the cup matches will make a lot of money playing against a strong team.
And if I understoot correctly, Plus managers can use Arcade matches to score point to get to the top 128 teams and non-Plus managers can?? Is this true??
This all would be pretty F#$% up without informing everyone on time!

You have now 21 leagues in the Netherlands. This gives You 168 teams. And starting number of teams in the cup is power of 2, so 1-2-4-8-16-32-64-128-256-... and the highest number possible in case of Netherlands is 128.

Pace system is wrong.... reason why wrote my idea change pace trainink: https://sokker.org/forum_topic/ID_forum/63355/ID_topic/3440550/pg/0#new
and right now when i possible train pace only 10 players, in trade will be too many unsellable youths and in future will problem.... I buy only top players and price will be crazy. Weaker players will be fired, but in old system got pace training + rpp and we earned some money and lower league team have good player for trainig.
If i train pace, i buy to B team 11 players + in A team have 5 mids for pace....gk for pace, striker for pace and 1-2 def for pace....
if end pace tranink i have in B team 6 players for sell and next coaches for train other skill... those players are not so good for TOP leagues, but will great for 4-3 leagues.

> Uhm, havent seen any real player like that :D.
Maybe because they finally dedicate to other thing outside soccer :P
Not every junior player becomes a professional player, there's no room for them all!
of course... but young player with pace like my grand father do not have prospect.... Young player have pace, stamina and this is first skills what see... Technick, and other skills train but run can everybody...and pace 1-4 vs 8-10 for youth is joke...
for pace will be good set min starting skill or change trainink this skill somethig like wrote in my idea.

Pace will not be the problem...
If you want, you still can set pace for all positions and all players will benefit for pace (in a degree) when played a match...
and they'll adjust the training speed for pace, so it'll train as fast as the other skills...
If pace will be the problem, it won't be, cause then it is for all players a problem.

It could be a good solution for the new training

No, no idea about it:) so, we have some first fake news in Sokker, it's geetting interesting ;)
About impact of arcade games on rank - it will be fixed, there sould be none. Or maybe some dedicated ranking for arcade, but not connected with general one.

yes... we will see. Time show it.
But it is stupidity this pace training... pace is inborn skill... passig, crossing, finishing can train and will be still better and better...
but if i born my muscles have genetic limits... Here can to be every body Usaim Bolt. Player with tragic pace could have 18 pace, but it is unreal and hate this part sokker too much.

At some point, you're right, but fact is this is still a game...
And it's the experience that makes the difference.
And to be honest... ALL skills have their limits!
Everybody in sokker can be Iniesta, Zlatan, Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos... Whatever...
Training will never improve player IRL as it does in sokker. But it's the experience that matters.

Yes ... it is still game and real true. Players have only 8 skills and can make players so specific like iniesta, zlatan, ronaldo .... It is difficult for dev make something specific and understant it.
But pace could be one skill which show for what is player good. If is good striker for counter attack, or for static and header.
Or if is mid good to wing position or play deep or offsiad line...
It will be good for tactic and changes in tactik.
maybe to make some inborn skills for players and this skill can change only experience, U21, NT matches ...
this trainink system will still same .... similar players ... no unigue players ... but i will be still love sokker :D
