The only benefice for a slower training is training up to 22 players; in the new system we will loose this benefice. This mean usually (logically) lower pace than other skills, and of course a huge consequence for younger with low pace skills.

Remember about tests - we will generate lot of random seasons to check how it works, and make udpates if they will be needed - but im pretty sure, it wont be so apocalyptic as you think ;)
Every change is hard to take, reaction mainly caused by uncertainty, and with all changes coming together it is hard not to be uncertain... so it would be nice to introduce them gradually, update the rules and people will adjust easily than facing a new game
But whatever are the test, there are predictable consequence of lower speed training for pace with no more benefice and efficiency (of 22 slots). What the hell training pace if i can optimize training for other skills ?
I will buy only skilled paced player and train them in other skills, fired all my young with low pace skilled, and some teams will be specialized in pace training (10 slots) for trading that's typically a farming strategy (no competition challenge) and against this reform (supposed to train all skills and reducing "specialization")

we had that problem before - when Sokker changed rules of training first time, and pop ups started to be more slowly for higher skills.
Lot of users had the same concerns, that it will be unfair, will colapse market with players with one skill already trained etc - non of that problems happend. Market will adjust, ad will make it very slowly, as long as training is not so fast.
If we will really face some pace problems - there are other elements we can fix later - like decide to allow junior players gat higher pace than only excelent, or set pace training as fast as other skills, etc - but, to be honest, i dont think any of it will be necessary.
10 slot for all it a good rule, most fair and flexible, and will work for all of us, you just need to get use to new system.

Now 22 players to train pace, future 10 for this training. Still i can get what i want, i just cant train this amount of players. So i dont see problem here. If goal is to reduce pace, that will not happen, i will still train 10 players and they will still get to the max, just 12 those who could join, will be out. Pace is powerful training but also not to much valuable on market, in most cases no gain when selling.
Now keeping for 2 GK and coaches with higher salary (same coach with same skills just 16 play iso keeping have less salary, unless he is coach 15-16). But you can training keeping and after 2 seasons you sell those players and gain millions. So there it could be potential problem if its allowed to train 10 keepers or more attackers then 6, because they need 3 skills, with keepers we can say 1 skill and 2 skills not max, but as much as better.
Someone asked about why not 11 training places. I didnt see reply, sorry if its somewhere there, but i see it like if you have 11 players on field, and only one player doesnt receive training?
And since you are developing, why dont you add option to train more then 10, but with big money cost. I always like to train as much as possible, so i would pay this price even if it cost me 1m euros per season. Also maybe some options like training camp or send player on loan.

It works good, and in lot of cases will be able to keep your training as it is now, if you dont want to change it.

Also you give example for NT players free i support the idea but again was done not the proper way...and i send you examples..

If you accept money from plus users and if you run a game that is part of their lives you have to respect that approach with cautions

and 7-9 season i do not buy nothing for train. Will train only my 10 players... but if i train pace buy some cheap player everytimes and train him 1-2 season pace... so i make more player like need... This system will be difficult for new guys...
I mean that new system will be live from old training system and lot of players in trade. New youth with pace will be too expensive.

10 trainink place for individual and some slots (maybe5-6) for pace and stamina training?
And make pace so, that only few players in sokker can be train to top pace? Maybe make max possibility end pace skill for player from 13-18....

I would keep it for now with maximum simplicity - 10 slots for all users is simplest thing can be (need good UX too, of course).
It's really quite easy to test, we will generate like another 10-15 season of gameplay, check how new rules affect players - and if there will be some serious problem with it - we will search for some boost for that particular skill - maybe with more slots, maybe with training speed, or youth player starting level... lot of solutions can be provided.
But seriously, technique can be only trained by 10 players, do we really think, that sokker have to less devine technique players? I'm 95% sure it will work good, just with a bit different proportions and less multidevine players (and thats good!)

yes it can work good... but you must test one think... What happend witch youth in trade becasue we will not need so many player? We will buy only good player and lot of good youth with talent will be fired, but if somobody buy those players can make from thier great players for 3-2 league..
could happen that it broken trade, price for top youth, too many fired youth...
