Mikoos posted some interesting charts - maybe he can bring it back again.
We would work with changes as i posted, so for marge we still to wait a bit, but it is decided to be done.
So, our plan for now: supporters expectations & bonuses —> junior school update —> merge.
As it is our third step, we havent prepare all details yet, but i assume it will be based on some „rest of the world” league structure, with nations to small to keep. I hope it will allow us to add also all missing countries in sokker. Nationalities, NT teams will remain the same.
Some things to figure out are - CL qualifications, or number of teams that will be considered as small nation.

Wouldn't it make sense to merge all countries into one league system at this point?
Problems I see with merging some but not all countries:
Let's say cutout would be 12 users and below (can't fill more than one league). That's 40 countries.
Will it be possible for countries near cutout border to became a separate league system again if number of users would rise?
Will countries where user number has fallen under cutout border be merged into that merged league after end of season?
I assume merged league will have only one national cup?
CL qualification should be a relative small issue - number of teams from each country stays the same based on league performance (best 2 teams of each country play CL),

But it doesn't work this way, CC is for TROPHY winners - 1st in highest league + cup winner
If a team wins both trophies there are no "best 2 teams", there's just one team. So it would be weird if you suddenly started adding for example a team that achieved 5th place in 3rd league of rest in the world.
As for "one big sokker league" - it has its pros and cons. The biggest pro would be making the whole game an equal playing field in terms of finances etc.
As for cons - many people [particularly from bigger countries] might not like that. I remember from other games where there were especially at the beginning this kind of "Rest of the world" leagues that people asked all the time to create a separate league for their country.
It's also quite a mystery how people would react to the fact that they were around 1st-2nd league in their country and then suddenly they play at 4th or 5th level because they are actually not good at all.

I know how CL works but it's stupid :p
It's not fair that a country gets punished for having one league and cup winner. It should be always two teams - if cup winner is the same as league winner then league runner up should get the spot.
This is of course another topic but qualification would need to work that way for a merged league (5th place in 3rd league as best Luxemburg team e.g.). Would you prefer only one or two teams from a 40 country merged league as only trophy winners should play?

I think the whole concept of Champions Cup should be re-worked, divided into tiers [like Champions League, Europa, Conference] and include much more teams :)

I am thinking the same. It would be hard to manage merging/unmerging countries based on their number of users after every season. Like if you merge new country into the merged league, do they start at the bottom? Or based on their marks in some middle level?
Alternative could be and opt-in league where everyone who wants it, could move a team and start from the bottom at any offseason. Probably merge "smaller than 12" countries into it to begin with so it is not empty.

Please reconsider junior's draws and probabilities into your "junior school update' !
But is the possibility of having 2 or more teams in two different countries, with the block for player sales between clubs, in order to fill the empty countries and entertain users, feasible as a proposal?

+1!
Very important update, I hope it can be done!
I was thinking also:
We have only 13 weeks in one season, so it could be group stage in one season and playoff stage in second season. If it is possible in NT is much more possible in club games!
Also it could be qualify season to the Group games for all the teams who doesn't qualify for the playoffs.
There are so many options to make this interesting!
