What is the problem?
We annonced some time ago, that we will extend number of places on the bench to 7. That was the only change planned. But after that we saw discussion on forum to add also increased number of possible subs.
Ok then - we decided to add it in last moment and test it on monday, as it is safe date, no official games. It didnt work, bench is wider, but still only 3 subs allowed.
Ok, we fixed it and we wait till next possible moment, we decided to make it in next possible monday, from the same reason as before - it is safe date for test.
We added one additional feature in fast track work mode, based on users feedback, and it is percieved as some failure? It toke one week? Funny, maybe you want to motivate us to never extend our plans with extras, you are on the way:)

how can you gauge if one week is too long without knowing the codebase?

I honestly praise the extention of the bench and looking forward for 5 subs to be implemented. Thanks a lot for that and keep it up that's a very important improvement. And those who are whining do not pay attention.
I think there should be a balance when devs are actually doing something nice then nice things needs to be said out too. So thank you and keep it up guys.

If attributes (numerical values) that are references in the game have been parameterized (constants), the code should not be touched and it would only be a matter of modifying this value and iterating (simulating).

I just want to choose in maybe minute 80:
If drawn/loose play with formation 2.
If 1:0 or more play with formation 3.
It would give us much more flexibility

I need to check, but probably to add some more slots for conditions is not so hard - but to add new types could be a bit time consuming.

To be honest i think more slots for orders should be unlimited or let's say big number as 100.
You just need to add button "add tactical order" and new field comes up.
If we can't have a very simple order as "anytime when losing, substutite", we need more slots so we can make 30min, 46min, 60min, 80min changes etc.
I would cheer for very simple solution, adding option that order comes to work ANYTIME it happens and not by the minute order, it would help a lot.

I have a small request ongoing the skill graphics in the team squad menu.
If you're in the team squad, you can click the skills to see the progress of the player.
However, in the old view, the age was displayed in that graph, but it has been replaced with training effectiveness.
Is it possible to ad the age at the top of the graphics, so you can see when the player aged...
It makes the progress easier to follow.

Is it really important? You have weeks number, if chart is -40 then it is easy to know that it was 3 seasons ago… i mean - we can add that info, but we can also overload chart with text then
