Whilst I partially agree with you on it being additional content, I think at least in my case it’s probably the main factor for me playing the game and so I view that as part of the main experience. I get frustrated when managers are not willing to negotiate especially with smaller nations who have much less flexibility even if I’m willing as a
NT manager to give a bit if it means I get accurate skills of players. So my clearly biased view is if you don’t want players paying for NT don’t buy them (especially from smaller nations). However, I do understand the frustrations of owners who don’t want injuries so I’d have supported the idea of arcade style NT matches as it removes the whole issue.
I strongly disagree however with putting some of the NT essentials behind paywalls.

The community voted for NT injuries, people didn't care, now I don't care. Hide skills ignore mails. This is a very clear mesage that I don't want my players to play.
Devs did kinda lure people to vote for this by promising extra feature. They are to blame too.

... and obviously people fell for that. That whole poll was ridiculous.
It was 9 months ago - we got nothing, we will probably get nothing.
They would've deleted the injuries in an instant.
But yes, training in NTs is so important...

Devs does not want high-level matches at the national team level because injuries occur in the national team, so no one wants the national team coach to see the player's skills so that the player does not get injured, so these players do not play in the national team. Two seasons ago, I was managing the Turkish national team and I saw only two players skills of the 7-8 useful midfielders and 3 strikers. Then remove the national teams and be done with it

They don't care about NT matches and their level
They asked the users, there was a poll - the fact that we still have injuries in NTs and people don't want to show skills of their players is not because of Devs but because of users and their choice.
NT coaches publicly asked to keep injuries for the NT players, so it's their own choice that now they don't get the player skills.

Well, if devs would care even a little bit about NT, they would fix team view for them. As it was reported several times, in that view we see CLUB cards not NT. So player who is suspended in club games is showing to us in red even though we can use them in international games (same as in friendly matches). On the other hand there is no indication that player is suspended in international games other than manually checking each player stats in old view and there we have NT stats with cards.
In the end they will not even read this, so I'll just nag here.

Or even simplest thing. Fix typo in election pool, that is preventing to check candidate profile when clicking on their login. It's been there at least since I returned - but based on input from forum its been way longer visible

I don't think they even know about that. I didn't know. And I have no idea what bug reports You are talking about, I saw none of them

There is something called feedback. If You receive one from Your bug reports, it keeps You engaged. But after few of my bug reports being without or with defensive response I no longer post those. Like the most recent notification bug for NTs.
I believe year ago we discussed about testing SK, so there is no point in brining same arguments if nothing changed in that matter since that time (at least from my perspective)

I'd like to add that is mostly Polish users who hide NT players' skills.
So, there must be something rotten in Poland..
There are few others, but Poles lead this trend by far.

I can only confirm your statement.
We have one Belgian Manager who hides the skills from his Belgian player. For the remainder I wouldn't know anyone who hides their players' skills

Yup agree. There is only one player with hidden skills for Aus u21, the rest all talk about their players playing for the NT as a good thing.
I also personally enjoy the training from the NT as it means I don't need to use the trainee in an official match, but I also understand if others feel a different way, and that is completely fine. Devs made a balance between the opinions with only official matches given training and carrying the risk of injury

Still, the bigger problem is this direction that devs are trying to force NT coaches to get plus as a money grab thinking they can get an easy 200 subscriptions as base level.
Instead they are more likely to kill the user base even more as NT managers are often the most active in forums, so you force them away and suddenly you have less forum interaction, more people leaving because it's a dead game and less people being referred, meaning less people overall buying plus all because of this ridiculous money grab
