Hi everyone:

What about players with potential to be NT u21 in small countries and bot teams??

Can these players go to TL? If yes, what is The procedure?
2024-01-04 18:57:57
No, they can’t be put on TL

I just read like hundreds of posts here and was surprised with the tax increase introduction without any announcement.
No, I don't count DD 69 as a proper source, blame on developers.

My two cents after reading all of your arguments:

- there will be less gambling on 16-17yo potential prospects because they don't offer any certainty of their talent and any bust will make your investment really poor when you sell him in 6 weeks after you figure his talent out.

- it seems to me that this long term commitment will have a negative effect on older players because people wouldn't pay too much for a needing addition whom they don't see as a long term option

- this change will definitely make everyone looking for a long term training option for future 3-4 seasons which will bring those 20+ players back to the market and probably raise their prices, BUT BUT what about their talent

Traders, no traders etc will find their way around this obstacle, so I don't want to talk about them, although traders are the reason for this intervention, as is obvious.

So, play your training accordingly and continue playing this lovely dying game ; ))

All of them with adequate-good level! Possibly with starting skill...

For few seasons one of best Andorra prospects was sold for 2.5M, one of German prospects 3.5M, how this could possibly be overpaid?
Overpaid was German player after resale! And why? While is now nearly impossible to find such player in market with confirmed talent! So clubs are repeatedly overpaying for players and not be punished for stupid behaviour on market, only club "getting lucky(?)" to choose wisely and buy them at first place for right amount!
He was selling him after someone (club from Polska) offered 5 times more as he did weeks ago... ended with 5M over agreed price in bidwar!
It would be dumb to keep him and risk long term injury, and we can't guarantee he can even make it to 4x divine, after lot of missing trainings every season!
And even with 40% less after tax, it stays pretty decent sale! It changes nothing in term paying more for talent!
Now, if I could, would not be selling even at this price! Only if someone compensate one part of tax. We all should raise prices of talents, and hold on sales, if we make it so far... :/
There should be one more tool introduced in relation with expectations when you buy (overpay) "star/expensive player" and he don't make instant impact. Or selling whole team at once... something with fan mood or similar... teamwork dropping... Anything really "revolutionary", not this shit!

This is my youth school with an unearthly coach. Today I pulled out 5 juniors worth less than 1 euro each. I do not expect anything better from the remaining ones as they are at a similar level.

David Rozsypal 18 excelentní [10] Hráč v poli 7
Gabriel Vinkler 17 adekvátní [6] Hráč v poli 9
Denis Bořecký 17 adekvátní [6] Hráč v poli 16
Jakub Somr 18 adekvátní [6] Hráč v poli 18
Jonáš Pomeje 18 průměrné [5] Hráč v poli 21

Hello, did the dev abort the modification of youth academy ?
2024-01-11 11:47:27
yes, the have apparently more important task to do, like increasing transfer taxes

To be honest, money flows cannot be controlled. They can imply as high tax as they want to. If SK community decides otherwise fe, selling a player with starting price 25% higher than before then they can suck their finger with the new tax system. If people want to trade, they still can do it and the market will correct itself. This update wasn't really smart decision. Actually they just launched a new price increase on TL. hip-hip...

Really? lol

What happens with prices (over time) when extra taxes are applied? Those who are selling will ask higher price. Here in SK it just wasn't announced which is silly, but according to the forums, they're turning it back to normal appearently, if it's true or not no clue.
2024-01-14 11:54:42
it's already back to old system
2024-01-14 17:25:05
When you buy a player, trainable specially, you expect an amount of money at the moment you want to sell him.
New taxes system increases starting bids for those who still expects that amount of money. So yes, market gets overpriced but it doesn’t mean a thing for those who still have a lot of money.

I think that if what they want is less daytrading, then it's not enough with penalizing the day trader with a tax. I think there should be an extra prize for the training manager that buys to train.

So in my opinion the best approach would be adding a tax for daytrading (let's say, when you sell a player before he spends 1 whole season), but giving a "previous club" income from the transfer to the previous clubs where the player spent more than 1 whole uninterrupted season. That way the stimulus to keep the player at least 1 season would be both sided: penalty if you dont, prize if you do.
