I can help with the tactics page. It doesn't requiere changes on PHP, the input (the tactic letters) are already there, the manipulation of the tactic is made via JavaScript (jQuery UI was my solution) and the output can be sent to the same place that is currently sent (I didn't investigate it cause I already was using the Flash URL to save it and it still works)
So the requiered changes are independent from the design, letting the devs concentrate in the rest of aspects of the game

- At the moment for me spoiler on team page is my biggest issue I need to close my eyes to navigate to start and watch the game
I really don't understand this issue! I log in, come straight to overview page, click on 2D of the last match and...voila...match opens...no spoiler!
Why would you prefer to browse all pages before watching your match? Give me 1 plausible reason...

I spent time on the site I do not need to relog all the time when I want to watch it... Fixing this bug is easy to do...
You can go to overview subpage instead of team subpage...
So it's actually not a bug but a bad habit? Then you know what needs to be done, in stead of ''bug fixing''... :-)

It's a shame that we still have to deal with unnecessary things like pressroom and page images when there are so many important things to do.
sounds like they need to hire you. You've made a ton of great third party apps.

I wonder if they've considered crowd funding (go fund me, kickstarter, etc.)
Come up with maybe a top 3 things we want implemented and have a realistic goal of how much money to raise for each. And let the funds decide what to prioritize. I think this model would at least help the current user base be a part of the change and see progress.
When the game will be in better shape then focus on ads and new user retention (or try both in parallel and see what brings in the most income). Especially now to get it out of a side project state. Just an idea to mull over if running at a loss.

adding to devtopia's idea, different levels of plus would be a good one too. add different levels with $5/ month, $10/month, $15/month and let people decide if they want to support more. Personally, I really think current pricing is very cheap, and I can see why the devs would have funding problem. With different levels, more perks can be added but i don't even think that's necessary. Even a different colored profile badges (which is currently yellow that says Assistant Plus when you hover over) can be added (red, green for example) just to give something to the higher level supporters. Things can be discussed, of course. I'm not promoting P2W here, just to be clear.
if we can somehow use part of your current job then we can try - but lets make it after new shop will be relased.

injuries - some solution will be implemented in pressroom (sending player for specialist treatment for $$$), that is one of possible quick solutions to be made.
Spoiler - sorry, i have no idea why it is still a problem :D overview page was designed specially to allow you to watch game imedietly. I would say even more - current sokker one day delay of showing results (in league table for example) is rather a bug from my perspective - in the future we want to show that kind of changes imedietly after game is played - so after league round table should be actualized. You need to live with it ;)
About NT skills for only plus users - well, i have a bit different perspective here. we dont want a pay to win mechanics, but it is the same as with training charts - you can notice your player development by your own, or have additional tool to make it easier when you buy a plus. same with skills - you can do your research and ask for skills, or use our tool dedicated for PLUS users. And finally, maybe even most important - i think that working with NT team is a kind of game extension. It is kind of elite option, and from my personal perspective - reducing NT elections for only PLUS users is also a good solution for the future.

The topic of crowdfunding is being considered very seriously. It is an independent thread - unrelated to the current plans to change the in-game shop and the method of payment for PLUS. These changes must be made regardless; however, crowdfunding requires thorough preparation - as you point out, we need to have a fully prepared plan of changes that will be implemented as part of such a fundraising effort, along with their valuation. We will work on such a fundraiser, but it is a topic for months of work, if not the entire upcoming year.
