In my opinion the most needed changes are:
- injuries
- extra training in nt friendlies, small countries dp have an enormous disadvantage at the moment

I voted a year ago for extra training but there are 3 matches to week in the club

We can discuss priorities - basically, the vast majority of changes in the game have always been consulted with you, and many ideas came from user initiatives. If someone really thinks that Sokker was a better game four years ago than it is now - okay, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I believe we have done a lot to improve it. I think key reforms like expanding leagues, adding midweek matches were clearly positive, and most users agreed with that.
However, I would like to focus on discussing the real problems of the game, those that affect a large number of users, especially new players - I understand there is a large community around national teams, that injuries are annoying - but seriously - these are not the biggest problems of Sokker currently, nor do they affect all players.
The topic of reducing injuries, increasing the initial budget of clubs, or providing larger training bonuses for national team players always comes up, and I don't need to discuss it again, we have addressed it many times. Certain improvements (such as medical staff or sending a player for treatment) will appear, but these are minor additions to the game that do not change its main mechanics.
As I mentioned, we can focus on one major change at a time - we can consider the junior academy or the player form system, these are significant issues (or others equally important) - so if you want to talk about such challenges - we'll gladly listen.

Youth school and form system really need to change. It would be better if you prioritize this. There should also be better players, better coaches and better stadiums for new users.
Also, financially, the clubs are in a very good situation. There is too much money in the market. I look at the transfer history of many clubs - despite having +5m transfer income but -200m transfer expenses, they still have money. This should be prevented.

yes, to much money is a real problem too.
We will wait one more season to see how supporters expectations affect the amount of money in the game, and based on this data we will think about some other adjustments.

Raul there are hundred managers online you will not beat them instead of searching of imaginary gold and new user focus on your existing tresure communities around NT...then new users will come cause...stop treating nts as extra option for few users..
It will be worse than 4 years ago in my eyes if you put NT player skills behind plus only.
You can argue about whether NTs are extras or main content, that comes down to preferences and everyone will have a different view .
You can’t argue about the justification of hiding nt player skills behind plus as being the same as hiding training history and justifying plus that way.
Training is completely visible with full information at any time I choose to look at it. Plus adds a quality of life improvement but accurate information can be obtained through any method.
The same can’t be said for hiding nt player skills behind plus. I can’t as a non plus user accurately get player skills for NTs via any other method. Best I can do is hope people send me updated skills but even then it falls into one of a few categories
1) They don’t read my skmail or don’t understand English. This happened more often in the time prior to skills being available as it’s easier to ignore a skmail then it is to disable skills to be visible by an nt coach. The former one can claim they didn’t get the skmail or didn’t read it etc (all excuses without having to deal with the nt manager). The latter is obvious and you can’t make excuses and hide behind it. Therefore you see less of this scenario with skills being visible and optional to hide.
2) They want a player to be in the NT and overstate their skills to make them look better than they are. No way to validate that one without being able to see skills.
3) The reverse side where they understate skills to try and make them not play for the NT.
None of these work if you can’t see players skills and none of these scenarios happen as frequently if we can see skills.
In terms of NTs being not main content, in smaller user bases it really is. Australian users are very much behind the NTs and is something we’ve been growing for years now. It gives sides who aren’t able to compete against the top sides of our country another avenue that might be achievable to have a goal of getting a nt or u21 player. This in turn keeps them interested in the game and they hang around and that helps with user retention. Higher user retention equals more likeliness to support the game with plus purchases. This argument isn’t about the skills being hidden but about the NTs not being important to the game. The player skills being hidden just makes this more difficult in something that shouldn’t be. I consider it functionality as I’m only here for the NT. Take that away from me by hiding skills and you’re going to lose me and I’m just one of probably many.
Whilst we’re on the subject of plus what has realistically been done to address issues people in my time zone or other smaller user bases have to justify paying for plus?
Negatives:
12 team leagues destroyed smaller user bases, took away competition and destroyed sponsorship and other revenue.
Sponsorship inequities with large bot users have not only been ignored but worsened for small nations
More games now against bots than under old system.
Less competitive games
No progress made towards merged league structure
No progress made towards equity in transfer market by having something that allows people to list at X time. Realise it’s probably not good to have a bid to X function but even listing at a set time isn’t available.
Inflation rampant due to increased league matches a week but proportionally worse for smaller leagues and users. Increased wages impacts smaller nation users more because of the sponsorship/revenue issue due to bots.
Pros:
Can train 10 players now
The change from flash to html so the game still runs
Some of the new pages are ok/marginally better than before but it’s a stretch.
You want people to support with plus. Fix those issues rather than put a feature behind a pay wall that can’t be produced properly from any other method.
That’s why I don’t have plus and why I won’t buy plus. I definitely will not ever buy plus if you hide nt player skills behind it.
I would put nt players skills being hidden from non plus into the same category as plus users getting more accurate talent estimation from youth coach than a non plus. It’s critical functionality for anyone who cares about the NT (anyone who doesn’t care for NT won’t be buying plus for the NT player skills anyway)

Hello Raul. I understand that we must talk about priorities and changes that affect the majority of users, I think that for all of us who live in this forum we also care a lot about the growth of the game, but to be honest it would be great to read you a little self-criticism.
Certainly many of us don't present our ideas in the best possible way but the issue of injuries and the elimination of training in national teams arises from fixing and not going back on the increase in injury times, if you frequently read users question this change so couldn't it be considered that something was not done well?
I understand that there are not enough resources to address various issues but please do not forget this.
A greeting.

Correct.
I do like the changes of this great game, but not reducing injuries and no longer training for nt friendlies, is not fair according to some of this great changes.
To make clear this is nonsense in a game:
Newsflash!
If a players gets a red card he will be suspended for 2 league matches from now on instead of 1 match, this
because we will play 2 matches a week from now on.
Does this sound logical or is this a nice change to go forward and attrack new users? No.
But this is what happened with injuries...
It should be lowered with 50% and nothing more or less.
I know you dont want to go into this again, but the great changes must be complete, otherwise People will not be satisfied of all the work.

If I Remember correctly, there was a reform on the form. Is that hard to fix?
the form is just random, needs a small arrangement.

yeah, I would be careful with how you implement a money solution.
I started a year ago, and I play sokker the honest way (to win, not to farm money) and I'm here to tell you I most definitely do NOT have 'too much money'. Sponsor income in USA ML is trash, and the only reason I can even tread water is because of stadium income.

The biggest positive impact would be to increase the number of users.
Advertising more is great !!! but.... its pointless if they sign up and they leave straight away.
New users has much harder life than us.... They dont understand the game as the rules are not up to date.
If they dont get help from old users through forum then they will leave without saying a word.
Imagine they want to train and they start reading the rules...
To bring up the Sokker the biggest priority to keep new users and give the "wow experince"... No matter what you are doing in life the first impression is super important.
Selfish thinking to waste time on improvements which gives a little extra to old users who will stay anyway.
Give real experience to NEW USERS and Sokker will live forever :)

I'm a supporter of the idea of pooling the smaller countries into a bigger league. It's been talked for a while in the forums.
Could keep the country cup to still have rivalry.
I think this would impact new users of smaller countries to stay because it would be more competitive. And less bots means more income for these new users for home league games especially.

Rules are up-tp-date now. Some translations may still be in-progress.
So...how much money is needed to develop this game as it should be ?
