But, if the Devs could change if they want the players between 16-21 age receive training with 96% or the players receive 96% training on friendly matches too, there won't be a problem.

What borkos says about training is right. Sadly, there's too many teams throwing the season away with corner tactics as well. If devs' intention is to have competitive tournaments, then something failed as there's players that throws that away and gets a reward (training) for no risk (albeit getting relegated several leagues is not smart imho, it's not a risk if they chose that).

I think theres a solution here that fixes the youth system and the Training VS Competition problem. You have to split them and rebalanced training.
Youth System
21 or under.
Player skills are visible.
Players train quicker but you can't choose training.
Players can be promoted at any point after 18, but can't be sent back to U-21s.
Players are autopromoted after 21
Youths can be sold while in the youth system.
Main Team
Training is slower, but you can choose what to train.
Everything else is normal
—————
Firstly, this fixes the youth system and makes it important for training.
It allows the training of youths without ruining the competition of leagues.
It becomes a question of when is best to promote youths, giving control to managers.
Obviously there would need to be some research into training balance, I'll leave that to people smarter than me. This system removes "Pointless youths" from the game by making them visible, so you don't wait 20 weeks for a Magical with Tragic pace.

Not bad. Goodbye farming teams. it will never happen, many users are stick to a training/trading game, they would quit the game. Revolution never happens when population is globally old :-)
"Until you reach the top and you don’t understand why you loose with 85+ players and finally blame the game engine for a poor tactic :-)"

You see, everyone has their own opinion.

I like this one :)
Sokker needs such changes looking forwards to every thursday with hapiness.

I usually use arguments and facts, I don’t care about opinions. But this, was just an ironic comment.
And basically, it was not an opinion, but a true story : I really see a team who spend 200 millions to reach top league, with poor tactics skills, and finally leaving the game because the game engine was « unfair ».

"The game forces to use corner tactics."
I've been saying this as an argument for injury free friendlies ever since I came back last year. Even I do corner tactics now. It stinks, but it's logical. Plus, as a subscriber I play all the arcades I want, so it's fine for me.
It's not so much fun as an actual new player to be told to do this, though. Real turnoff, I suspect.

far be it from judging what is fun for others, but this seems really odd to me.

Destroying training/trading in this game will destroy every new/small team in big countries.
I was expecting you to come with this kind of reply. People like you give sokker a bad name. Its all about you,you and again you. They are loads of moaners like you in Romania who say or used to say the same thing : " you are not allowed to contradict me because you never reached the first league" You should wake up. Any idiot can have good results in sokker if they have a good mentor, time for trading and patience for training. .
I mean, I understand WHY you'd do it.
It just seems like a whole lot of 'no fun' to me.
There's a difference in necessity versus desire.

I think there's a problem of people using "It's not a perfect solution" as an excuse to do nothing. Perfect solutions don't exist, you have to take the best option available.
This also applies to the "It'll upset the big clubs". It's another excuse. Adapt or die.

I know you agree with me philosophically, but the last thing changes need to do is make the game more difficult or daunting for newer players at the expense of 10-20 year old teams.
I think we agree and I don't think you have to punish the big clubs to help the smaller clubs. If it's a choice between the 2 though, it's more important to the game as a whole to make the game actually playable for new people.
There's too much jumping through hoops in this game, trying to appease older players by over complicating solutions.

only these with impatient owners and that might even be a good thing as the game is not dedicated for impatient people
