i am not sure this is right. the coaches that are about to retire wont end up on TL.
why would someone replace a coach before they decide to retire?
i think due to this change the TL will jump in prices because more people will need a new coach

My mistake for this misunderstanding...

I meant that, for replacing Coaches, Users will "Play the Lottery" more often. And some of those tries will end in the TL. That may increase the quantity of available coaches.

I see. I didn't think of that. Curious if that will be true.

Some teams with money can try many times. Poor teams will be limited by their luck.

I think it'll increase the number of mid-level coaches, yes.

I did a lottery today, to replace my 95 year old. Cost me about 200k to replace him. I put 4-5 guys on the TL who are mid-level (formidable - incredible).

Magical and good brilliants are going to cost more though, since this game is top heavy when it comes to progression of teams. It's going to be brutal- at least for the next couple seasons. Then, I suspect it'll normalize as less people need to replace multiple coaches.

Or people won't pay as much because they know they'll eventually need to be replaced.

I'm curious why no-one is paying attention to this screwing up the teams intentionally underperforming, because they're going to need to replace their coaches more often.

I think it'll increase the number of mid-level coaches, yes.

And that is what New Teams need. I have an Excellent (2xUnearthly) Coach. I will be glad if I find a 4xUnearthly...

=)

For me I need 5xmagical and it took me 1.5 year to build this staff. I only finalized it recently. And now I need to search again haha
I guess the question is how one defines a new team haha.

1 RL Year?

I think 4 Seasons are enough. I´m in the 2nd =)

Prices have fallen on old players and rise on youngsters. 2 more training spots would increase that a lot since more trainees possible which will also lead to more developed players.

To fix high prices on talents we need more medium trainees

I think the better question is infrastructure related. How long it takes you to:

a) Finish a stadium (seats covered) - I realize this is very subjective as many teams aren't bright enough to do this:
b) Finish a 5x magical coaching staff.

it depends on how competitive you choose to be. I am about to finish my stadium this offseason (effectively speaking). However, I have been hell bent on competing at the same time. It's taken me 18 months.
I am positive that it can be done in 9-12 months though, if the user somehow knows exactly what they are doing very quickly, and maybe lucks into a 16 year old early on.
The biggest delay is the first 3-6 months when you are working with your first gen and a grossly inferior staff. I was an old player but man even with some information fed to me, I still made a load of mistakes in my first few months.

Notice I say 'luck' quite a bit.

You cant settle with 13-14 Assistants easily. No noticeable difference

I actually have one brilliant.

It is my view you absolutely want three 'great' coaches - two to cover your possible training combinations (head coaches), and one for junior school.
I'm not sure there's a huge difference if the other two are brilliant, especially if they are brilliant because of lower stam/GK.

Would be great and make users happy anyways if they add 2 more slots.
Training pace right now sucks because now you’re limited to 10 players, instead of 22 with the old training system.
I think high level of pace right now makes a player be overpriced because nobody wants to train it.

BTW, my stadium is 52.000 cap, but I had many times that it was almost full at 51.999. Is this any bug or something?

I think that's always been a thing :D

Its a bug. Consider stands with only 1 supporter missing as full and you can try raise prices if it is often.
